【摘要】：诚信即诚实守信，是一个具有普遍性的道德规范。大学生是民族的希望，是建设我国社会主义事业的主力军，大学生的诚信状况直接关系着社会的发展与进步。近年来，随着市场经济的不断发展，在利益的驱使下，很多人为了眼前的经济利益将诚信抛诸脑后，社会上不良风气的影响、市场经济中不规范操作等诚信缺失现象和高校思想政治教育的不到位，导致诚信危机在大学校园迅速滋生和蔓延。现如今，由于新疆高校大学生诚信教育工作、教育者、教育对象及教育环境等因素受到新疆现实的特殊经济、政治、文化状况的影响，使得新疆高校对大学生诚信未能起到积极独特的作用和影响。本文将着重探讨新疆大学生诚信现状、新疆大学生诚信问题成因、解决新疆大学生诚信问题的对策。尤其是以喀什师范学院大学生群体诚信现状及成因分析为突出的重点，寻找实现解决新疆大学生诚信问题最大化的对策，以利于大学生的成长成才，，为新疆高校进一步提高大学生诚信教育工作的效果提供客观根据，最终达到能从总体上加强和改进大学生诚信教育工作，促进新疆高校、社会和谐稳定。本文运用理论联系实际，文献研究法等进行阐述。对目前新疆大学生诚信问题现状进行了详细的分析，提出新疆大学生诚信问题成因，探讨解决大学生诚信问题的对策。提出了通过营造良好的社会诚信环境、强化新疆高校诚信教育、发挥家庭教育在大学生诚信养成中的重要作用来解决大学生诚信问题。论文共分为三部分，第一部分对马克思主义经典作家的诚信思想，主要有马克思恩格斯、列宁、毛泽东和改革开放以来中共领导人的诚信思想进行阐述；第二部分结合新疆大学生实际对新疆大学生诚信现状及成因，从新疆大学生诚信问题现状、新疆大学生诚信问题成因和家庭教育对大学生诚信品德的影响三个部分进行阐述；第三部分从解决新疆大学生诚信问题入手，立足于通过营造良好的社会诚信环境、强化新疆高校诚信教育、发挥家庭教育在大学生诚信养成中的重要作用三个部分论提出解决新疆大学生诚信问题的对策。众所周知，新疆高校承担着为新疆跨越式发展和长治久安培养各类人才的重任，及时有效的避免大学生诚信危机，确保新疆大学生养成诚信品质，让新疆大学生做到诚实守信，从而更好地建设新疆，促进新疆社会经济的发展，进而推动新疆社会的道德建设，使新疆人民能够安居乐业，具有极其重要的现实意义。解决新疆大学生的诚信问题是一项重要而且艰巨的任务，需要社会、学校、家庭之间相互配合,形成合力,同时也需要文化、制度、法律等多方面的密切配合,只有这样才能为新疆培育出合格的建设者和可靠接班人。
[Abstract]:Honesty is honesty and trustworthiness, which is a universal moral standard. College students are the hope of the nation and the main force of building socialism in our country. The honesty of college students is directly related to the development and progress of society. In recent years, with the continuous development of the market economy and driven by interests, many people have left good faith behind for the immediate economic interests, and the bad social atmosphere has affected them. The lack of honesty and credit in the market economy and the lack of ideological and political education in colleges and universities lead to the rapid growth and spread of honesty crisis in university campuses. Nowadays, due to factors such as honesty education, educators, educational objects and educational environment among college students in Xinjiang, they are influenced by the special economic, political and cultural conditions of Xinjiang's reality. Xinjiang colleges and universities have failed to play a positive and unique role and influence on college students' integrity. This paper will focus on the status quo of Xinjiang college students' honesty and credit, the causes of Xinjiang college students' honesty and credit problems, and the countermeasures to solve Xinjiang university students' honesty problems. Especially, taking the present situation and cause analysis of college students' honesty and credit in Kashi normal University as the key point, the author tries to find the countermeasures to realize the maximization of university students' honesty and credit problem in Xinjiang, so as to benefit the growth and development of college students. This paper provides an objective basis for further improving the effect of honesty and credit education for college students in Xinjiang, finally, it can strengthen and improve the work of honesty and credit education for college students on the whole, promote Xinjiang colleges and universities, and promote social harmony and stability. This article uses the theory to combine the practice, the literature research method and so on carries on the elaboration. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the present situation of the honesty and credit problems of college students in Xinjiang, puts forward the causes of the credit problems of university students in Xinjiang, and probes into the countermeasures to solve the problems. This paper puts forward to solve the problem of honesty and credit of college students by creating a good social credit environment, strengthening honesty education in Xinjiang universities and giving play to the important role of family education in the cultivation of college students' honesty and credit. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, the author expounds the credit thoughts of the classical Marxist writers, including Marx and Engels, Lenin, Mao Zedong and the leaders of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up. The second part combines the actual situation and causes of Xinjiang college students' honesty and credit, from Xinjiang university students' credit problems, the causes of Xinjiang college students' honesty and credit problems and the impact of family education on college students' integrity and moral character. The third part begins with solving the problem of honesty and credit of university students in Xinjiang, which is based on strengthening the honesty education in Xinjiang universities by creating a good social credit environment. Giving full play to the important role of Family Education in the cultivation of College students' Integrity the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of honesty and credit of college students in Xinjiang. As we all know, Xinjiang colleges and universities are shouldering the important task of cultivating all kinds of talents for Xinjiang's leap-forward development and long-term stability, to avoid the crisis of college students' honesty and credit in time and effectively, to ensure that Xinjiang college students develop the quality of honesty and credit, and to enable Xinjiang college students to be honest and trustworthy. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to build Xinjiang better, to promote the development of Xinjiang's social economy, to promote the construction of social morality in Xinjiang, and to enable the people of Xinjiang to live and work in peace and contentment. To solve the credit problem of Xinjiang college students is an important and arduous task. It needs the cooperation of society, schools and families to form a joint force. At the same time, it also needs the close cooperation of culture, system, law and so on. Only in this way can Xinjiang cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors.
