高校思想政治理论课考试改革若干理论问题研究

【摘要】:通过思想政治理论课对在校大学生进行马克思主义的思想政治教育,使其逐步确立和完善自己的世界观、人生观和价值观,是我国高校自新中国成立以来一直坚持的一项优良办学传统。新中国成立六十余年来,高校思想政治理论课在提高大学生思想政治理论水平、确立其马克思主义世界观和方法论确实发挥了主渠道、主阵地的作用,但是进入二十一世纪,新形势、新任务使思想政治理论课面临着许多机遇和挑战。思想政治理论课要顺应时代的发展和满足大学生的精神文化需求,不断深化教学内容改革及教学形式改革。思想政治理论课考试改革,不仅仅是思想政治理论课教学改革的一部分,更是思想政治理论课不断完善自身科学体系、推进教学内容和形式改革以确保思想政治理论课教育功效实现的必要举措。 新中国成立后我国高校思想政治理论课的期末考试改革从未间断过。从建国初期的口头背诵原文考试方式发展为全面建设社会主义时期的理论课考试与实践考查相结合,再到文革时期重实践、忽视理论考试的考试方式。直到改革开放之后,我国高校思想政治理论课的考试方式才逐渐形成科学体系,沿着一条理论笔试、实践考评相结合的主线不断补充完善,逐步实现了思想政治理论课考试方式方法的规范化和制度化。 然而,当前我国高校思想政治理论课考试方式还是面临着很多理论困境。主要问题是:思想政治理论课应该对学生起到引导性、鼓励性的作用,但是在传统考试方式和观念的影响下,在对高校思想政治理论课教学规律把握不够准确的背景下,对思想政治理论课的考试目标定位不准确,造成了考试的引导鼓励功能失效,教学与考试间存在脱节,注重考试结果、忽视学习过程,注重单一考评、忽视综合考评的后果。 当前,必须进一步推进我国高校思想政治理论课考试改革工作,而其关键或第一步就是要重新审视或梳理我们既有的思想政治理论课考试的有关理论及主张,包括思想政治理论课考试的功能问题、思想政治理论课考试改革的必要性、思想政治理论课考试改革应坚持的指导思想等等。笔者认为,,恢复考试的导向功能是思想政治理论课考试改革的现实直接目标,最终是为了契合思想政治理论课教学目标这一根本目标,为了全面实施创新教育的需要,为了适应并满足当代大学生的发展需求。改革的前提是要转变传统考试方式与观念,在以人为本的教育理念指导下,以建立合理考试目标为基础,充分发挥考试的基本功能,努力适应当代我国高校对于素质教育、创新教育的要求。改革的方法不仅要坚持“三个结合”,还需要对现有思想政治理论课教学模式和方法进行改革和创新,对思想政治理论课教师的人文素质和专业水平提出更高要求,实行多元的、综合的、复合型考试形式。
[Abstract]:To carry out Marxist ideological and political education for college students through ideological and political theory courses, so that they can gradually establish and improve their own world outlook, outlook on life and values, Since the founding of New China, colleges and universities in our country have always adhered to a fine tradition of running a school. Since the founding of New China more than 60 years ago, the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities has really played the role of main channel and main position in raising the level of ideological and political theory of college students and establishing its Marxist world outlook and methodology, but it has entered the 21 century. The new situation and new task make the ideological and political theory course face many opportunities and challenges. The course of ideological and political theory should conform to the development of the times and meet the spiritual and cultural needs of college students, and deepen the reform of teaching content and teaching form. The examination reform of the ideological and political theory course is not only a part of the teaching reform of the ideological and political theory course, but also the continuous improvement of its own scientific system in the ideological and political theory course. The necessary measures to promote the reform of teaching content and form to ensure the realization of educational efficacy of ideological and political theory course. After the founding of New China, the final examination reform of ideological and political theory course in Chinese universities has never been interrupted. From the oral recitation of the original text in the early days of the people's Republic of China to the combination of theoretical course examination and practical examination in the period of building socialism in an all-round way, to the examination method of emphasizing practice and neglecting the theoretical examination during the Cultural Revolution. It was not until the reform and opening up that the examination methods of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in our country gradually formed a scientific system, and they continued to complement and perfect along the main line of combining a theoretical written examination with practical evaluation. Gradually realized the ideological and political theory course examination method standardization and institutionalization. However, at present, the examination methods of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in our country are still facing a lot of theoretical dilemmas. The main problems are: the ideological and political theory course should play a leading and encouraging role to the students, but under the influence of the traditional examination methods and ideas, under the background of not grasping the teaching law of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, The inaccurate orientation of the examination goal of the ideological and political theory course has resulted in the failure of the function of guidance and encouragement of the examination, the disconnection between teaching and the examination, the emphasis on the examination results, the neglect of the learning process, the emphasis on the single evaluation and the neglect of the consequences of the comprehensive evaluation. At present, we must further promote the reform of the examination of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in our country, and the key or the first step is to re-examine or sort out the relevant theories and ideas of our existing ideological and political theory course examination. It includes the function of the examination of ideological and political theory course, the necessity of the reform of the examination of ideological and political theory course, the guiding ideology of the examination reform of ideological and political theory course and so on. The author thinks that to restore the guiding function of the examination is the realistic and direct goal of the ideological and political theory course examination reform, and finally to meet the basic goal of the ideological and political theory course teaching goal and to implement the innovative education in an all-round way. In order to adapt to and meet the development needs of contemporary college students. The premise of the reform is to change the traditional examination methods and concepts, under the guidance of the people-oriented educational concept, to give full play to the basic functions of the examination, to make full use of the basic functions of the examination, and to make efforts to adapt to the quality education in contemporary colleges and universities in our country.
