90后师范类大学生思想道德素质教育路径研究

【摘要】：2004年8月,中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中提到,民族的希望和未来是大学生,大学生是宝贵的人才资源。当下的一个重要任务和挑战就是大学生的思想政治教育。由此可见大学生思想政治教育工作的重要性。新形势下高校大学生思想道德素质及行为表现中还存在着一些不足,我们应该对大学生思想教育道德素质中的问题进行正确的分析,对解决的方法战略进行考虑,这样才能让它更为健康的成长。2008年9月后进入大学的学生大多数都是90后,因此高校思想教育工作者应该对90后大学生的思想道德的教育工作重点关注。国家教育事业的基础就是师范教育,师范教育在落实科教兴国战略、全民族素质提升、将中华民族伟大复兴事业实现上,肩负着不可替代的重要历史使命。师范类院校大学生思想政治教育工作有着深远的意义,对将来教师队伍的思想道德素质水平以及教师的全面素质水平起着决定性的作用。良好的师德师风对下一代的培养以及社会风气的好转具有促进作用,对社会主义精神文明建设起到积极作用。本文立足调查问卷结果结合查阅相关论文,对90后师范类大学生思想道德素质的现实情况进行分析,归纳了新形势下高校大学生思想道德素质及行为表现中还存在的不足,表现在积极进取,政治取向有功利性；具备现实化的价值判断走向；道德行为和其认识不能统一；人文知识基础有待提高；道德心理不够成熟。针对90后师范类大学生思想道德素质存在的问题,本人从学校因素、家庭因素、社会因素、自身因素四个方面研究讨论导致90后师范类大学生思想道德素质问题的原因。并进一步对提升90后师范类大学生思想道德素质的有效路径进行了积极的探索。学校教育方面：建立和谐的师生关系；发挥课堂教学主渠道作用；建设丰富多彩的校园文化载体；将党团组织的重要性加以充分发挥；对大学生心理健康教育的方法及形式进行积极探索；加强队伍建设,实施全员育人工程；加强公德教育;挖掘90后先进榜样案例。家庭教育方面：了解子女心理特点；尊重子女的个性发展；培养子女健全的人格。在社会教育层面：将社会环境净化成对大学生有益的环境；构建有益于大学生思想道德建设的舆论环境；努力解决大学生的实际问题；积极开展青年志愿者和“三下乡”的社会实践活功；加强对大学生网络思想道德教育有效道路的探究。完善机制方面：构建优秀的思想道德素质教育指标系统；优化大学生思想道德素质教育的管理制度；加强大学生思想道德素质教育的评价体系。
[Abstract]:In August 2004, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council mentioned in "opinions on further strengthening and improving the ideological and political Education of College students" that the hope and future of the nation are college students, and college students are valuable human resources. An important task and challenge is the ideological and political education of college students. This shows the importance of ideological and political education for college students. In the new situation, there are still some deficiencies in the ideological and moral quality and behavior of college students. We should correctly analyze the problems in the moral quality of college students' ideological education, and consider the methods and strategies to solve them. Only in this way can it grow more healthily. Most of the students who enter the university after September 2008 are post-90s, so the ideological educators should pay attention to the ideological and moral education of post-90s college students. The foundation of national education is normal education, which shoulders an irreplaceable historical mission in carrying out the strategy of rejuvenating the nation through science and education, improving the quality of the whole nation, and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The ideological and political education of normal college students is of far-reaching significance and plays a decisive role in the level of ideological and moral quality of teachers and the level of overall quality of teachers in the future. Good conduct of teachers and teachers promotes the cultivation of the next generation and the improvement of social ethos, and plays a positive role in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Based on the questionnaire results and consulting related papers, this paper analyzes the actual situation of the ideological and moral quality of post-90s normal college students, and summarizes the shortcomings in the ideological and moral quality and behavior performance of college students under the new situation. It is manifested in positive enterprising, utilitarian political orientation; realistic value judgment trend; moral behavior and its understanding can not be unified; the foundation of humanistic knowledge needs to be improved; moral psychology is not mature enough. In view of the problems existing in the ideological and moral quality of post-90s normal college students, I have studied and discussed the reasons leading to the ideological and moral quality of post-90s normal college students from four aspects: school factor, family factor, social factor and self factor. Furthermore, it explores the effective ways to improve the ideological and moral quality of post-1990 normal college students. In the aspect of school education, we should establish harmonious teacher-student relationship, give full play to the main channel of classroom teaching, construct rich and colorful carrier of campus culture, give full play to the importance of party and caucus organization; The methods and forms of psychological health education for college students are actively explored; the construction of the team is strengthened and the project of educating the whole staff is carried out; the education of public morality is strengthened; and the advanced example cases of the post-90s generation are excavated. Family education: understand the psychological characteristics of children; respect the development of children's personality; cultivate healthy personality of children. At the level of social education, we should purify the social environment into a favorable environment for college students, construct a public opinion environment beneficial to the ideological and moral construction of college students, and strive to solve the practical problems of college students. We should actively develop the social practice of young volunteers and "three going to the countryside", and strengthen the exploration of the effective way of college students' network ideological and moral education. In terms of perfecting mechanism, we should build an excellent index system of ideological and moral quality education, optimize the management system of college students' ideological and moral quality education, and strengthen the evaluation system of college students' ideological and moral quality education.
