【摘要】：随着近现代化过程中科技革命和科学教育的发展，学校教育主要趋向于以科技教育为主导，人文教育的地位在不断下降，以致人文精神开始失落，德育的实际地位受到了冲击，出现全球性的道德滑坡。尽管在这一发展过程中各国政府、学界也认识到加强学校德育、重视对人的道德品质发展的重要性，但是，由于经济社会的发展取向主要以科技教育促进经济发展的显性、量化指标为标准，对学校德育和人的道德品质所具有的巨大的隐性人力资源优势认识不清、难以量化和不够重视，导致一个国家学校教育系统内外德育工作实效性低的现实，形成了德育问题上政策呼吁其重要性但由于实际落实不力导致学校德育实效性差和国民道德素质状况不良的悖论。因此，我国加强学校德育和重视对人的道德品质的发展，应加强人文精神的教育，应从古代书院教育中汲取精华。书院是我国古代十分重要和特殊的教育机构，在以德育人的教育理念指导下，书院十分重视受教育者的道德品质培养，在我国古代教育史上取得了十分显著的教育功效，书院培养出来的仁人志士成为跨越时代、超越阶级、标榜后世的道德楷模。因此，从文化传承和发展的角度来看，当代学校德育的改革和发展离不开古代书院道德教育传统的支撑，理应在借鉴古代书院德育思想精华的同时，结合我国当代发展实际对书院教育的德育思想进行较为系统的梳理和深刻反思，使之成为我国学校德育可以利用的宝贵的德育历史文化资源。大理白族古代书院是我国古代书院教育的重要组成部分，其教育活动在促进当地少数民族，尤其是白族学习中国传统文化、促进白族文化的历史变迁、最终形成自己独特的民族文化过程中发挥了十分重要的作用。研究清楚白族古代书院所具有的德育思想内容，不仅有利于白族地区的道德教育，，而且也将对梳理我国古代书院历史，为我国新时期的道德建设和学校德育工作带来有益的补充，乃至对全面建设社会主义核心价值体系、构建社会主义和谐社会也会起到积极的促进作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology revolution and science education in the process of modernization, school education mainly tends to be dominated by science and technology education, and the status of humanities education is declining, so that the humanistic spirit begins to lose, and the actual status of moral education is impacted. There has been a global moral slide. Although in the process of this development, governments and scholars have also recognized the importance of strengthening moral education in schools and attaching importance to the development of moral quality of human beings, the orientation of economic and social development is mainly the dominance of science and technology education to promote economic development. The quantification index is the standard, the huge recessive human resource superiority of the school moral education and the human moral quality is not clear, it is difficult to quantify and pay less attention to, lead to the reality that the moral education work inside and outside the school education system of a country has low actual effect. There is a paradox that the policy calls for the importance of moral education, but the poor practical implementation leads to the poor effectiveness of moral education in schools and the poor moral quality of the people. Therefore, in order to strengthen moral education in schools and attach importance to the development of moral quality of human beings, we should strengthen the education of humanistic spirit and draw the essence from the education of ancient academies. The Academy of Classical Learning is an important and special educational institution in ancient China. Under the guidance of the educational concept of moral education, the Academy attaches great importance to the cultivation of the moral quality of the educatees, and has achieved a very significant educational effect in the history of ancient Chinese education. Academies cultivate people with lofty ideals who transcend the times, transcend the class and show off the moral model of later generations. Therefore, from the perspective of cultural inheritance and development, the reform and development of moral education in contemporary schools cannot be separated from the support of the moral education tradition of ancient academies. Combined with the reality of contemporary development in our country, the moral education thought of academy education is systematically combed and deeply rethought, which makes it a valuable historical and cultural resource of moral education in our country. The ancient academy of Bai nationality in Dali is an important part of the education of ancient academies in China. Its educational activities promote the learning of Chinese traditional culture by local minorities, especially the Bai nationality, and promote the historical changes of Bai culture. Finally, the formation of their own unique national culture process played a very important role. The study of the moral education thought of the ancient Bai academy is not only beneficial to the moral education in the Bai nationality area, but also to combing the history of the ancient academy of learning in China. It will bring beneficial supplement to moral construction and school moral education work in the new period of our country, and will also play a positive role in promoting the construction of socialist harmonious society and building socialist core value system in an all-round way.
