论思想政治教育中非理性因素的作用

【摘要】:思想政治教育是一定社会阶级借助对其有利的价值规范对社会成员施加影响的社会实践活动。其逻辑起点和根本途径是从现实社会中的人出发,找到思想政治教育的发展规律和解决方法。随着社会主义市场经济的不断深化,社会成员的非理性因素也随之发生变化,这就要求思想政治教育工作者在教育的过程中,把握非理性因素的特点,利用有效方式对受教育者进行正确的价值引导和素质的提升,最终成为社会需要的人才。 本文以马克思主义人学理论作为基础,结合思想政治教育的实际现象和非理性因素在学术上的研究成果,将思想政治教育与非理性因素结合起来。通过反思纯理性思想政治教育的弊端和局限性,,提出利用非理性因素进行思想政治教育这一新的教育方式。本文的主要观点和内容包括: 第一:对思想政治教育中非理性因素进行分析。面对以往纯理性思想政治教育中过于单一的灌输教育模式的弊端进行改变,重新审视个体非理性因素的客观存在与价值,加强对思想政治教育对象的情感、意志、信念等非理性因素的正确的引导和教育。 第二:根据之前的分析与综合,提出利用非理性因素进行思想政治教育这一新的教育模式。利用非理性因素进行思想政治教育是建立在实践活动中的情感体验的基础上的,强调的是情感认同和正确价值观念的引导,借助非理性因素将思想政治教育的活动与受教育者的精神相结合,激发受教育者参与思想政治教育活动的积极性。 第三:整理利用非理性因素进行思想政治教育可实施的内容。利用非理性因素进行思想政治教育主要包括欲求教育、情感教育和意志教育三个方面,同时将现实思想政治教育活动中暴露出来的优缺点进行分析和总结,寻求其自身的发展规律。 第四:整理并提出利用非理性因素进行思想政治教育的方法论原则。思想政治教育作为理论武器,其最重要的作用是通过思想政治教育,使教育对象得到全面提升。思想政治教育的对象是具有社会属性的人,因此培养人的过程相对缓慢,只有认识到个性和共性达到统一、理性与非理性要相互渗透等原则才能使非理性思想政治教育达到其本身应发挥出的实效性。 本文的研究意义在于:以非理性因素和思想政治教育相结合为视角,以人学研究为内容,从思想政治教育的角度分析非理性因素的特征,进而进一步扩大思想政治教育的研究领域和研究深度。其现实意义在于:是一套适合先进社会的思想政治教育方法,增强了思想政治教育的实效性,有助于思想政治教育实际工作的顺利进行,保证了社会的和谐发展
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is a social practice in which a certain social class exerts influence on social members with the help of beneficial value norms. The logical starting point and fundamental way is to find the development law and solution of ideological and political education from the people in the real society. With the deepening of the socialist market economy, the irrational factors of social members also change, which requires ideological and political educators to grasp the characteristics of irrational factors in the process of education. Using the effective way to guide the educatee to the correct value and improve the quality, finally become the talents that the society needs. This paper, based on Marxist theory of human studies, combines the practical phenomena of ideological and political education and the academic research results of irrational factors to combine ideological and political education with irrational factors. By reflecting on the disadvantages and limitations of pure rational ideological and political education, this paper puts forward a new educational method of ideological and political education using irrational factors. The main viewpoints and contents of this paper are as follows: first, the irrational factors of ideological and political education are analyzed. In the face of the malpractice of inculcating too single educational model in pure rational ideological and political education in the past, we should re-examine the objective existence and value of individual irrational factors, strengthen the emotion and will of the object of ideological and political education. Correct guidance and education of irrational factors such as belief. Second, according to the previous analysis and synthesis, this paper puts forward a new educational model of ideological and political education by using irrational factors. The use of irrational factors in ideological and political education is based on the emotional experience in practical activities, emphasizing the guidance of emotional identity and correct values. With the help of irrational factors, the activities of ideological and political education are combined with the spirit of the educated to stimulate the enthusiasm of the educatees to participate in the activities of ideological and political education. Third, arranging and utilizing irrational factors to carry out ideological and political education. The use of irrational factors in ideological and political education mainly includes three aspects: desire education, emotional education and will education. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages exposed in the practical ideological and political education activities are analyzed and summarized. Seek its own law of development. Fourth, it puts forward the methodological principle of using irrational factors to carry out ideological and political education. Ideological and political education as a theoretical weapon, its most important role is to promote the object of education through ideological and political education. The object of ideological and political education is the person with social attributes, so the process of cultivating people is relatively slow. Rational and irrational must permeate each other in order to make irrational ideological and political education achieve its actual effect. The significance of this paper lies in: from the perspective of the combination of irrational factors and ideological and political education, the characteristics of irrational factors are analyzed from the angle of ideological and political education. Further expand the research field and depth of ideological and political education. Its practical significance lies in: it is a set of ideological and political education methods suitable for advanced society, which enhances the effectiveness of ideological and political education, contributes to the smooth progress of the practical work of ideological and political education, and ensures the harmonious development of the society.
