【摘要】:高校思想政治教育谈心艺术,是指高校思想政治教育工作者采取谈心方法与教育对象进行双向沟通时,为了高质高效地实现思想政治教育目标而创造性地运用具有感染力的谈心技能和技巧的总和。(陈万柏.思想政治教育艺术简论.思想教育研究,2010,P18)它根植于广大高校思想政治教育工作者丰富的谈心经验基础之上,是对各种谈心技巧与技能的灵活运用,具有高度的灵活性、生动性、情感性和审美性的特点。高校思想政治教育运用谈心艺术,可以增强思想政治教育的亲切感、感染力、说服力、愉悦性,帮助高校思想政治教育工作者形成特有的谈心风格与特色。 高校思想政治教育谈心艺术具有悠久历史渊源,毛泽东、邓小平等领导人在新民主主义革命和社会主义建设的实践中,对通过谈心开展思想政治教育作了许多重要阐述和实践探索。因此,今天高校思想政治教育谈心艺术是对中国共产党思想政治教育优良传统的继承发扬,同时也是对高校思想政治教育谈心方法的继承、发展与创新。 高校思想政治教育谈心艺术以辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义为哲学基础,以思想政治教育学为核心理论来源,以现代心理学为有力支撑,以艺术学、美学为知识借鉴,由此构成高校思想政治教育谈心艺术的理论依据。 通过问卷调查,笔者调研了重庆7所高校思想政治教育运用谈心艺术的现状。调查显示,谈心方式已被高校思想政治教育工作者广泛运用,谈心方法得到高校思想政治教育对象的高度认同,,谈心双方的平等地位得到较好体现,谈心内容的把握较好。但也存在着谈心前对学生的了解不够,谈心前对时机没有及时地把握,谈心地点的选择不是很恰当,高校思想政治教育工作者在谈心时的态度有待改进,高校思想政治教育工作者未能很好地把握好谈心的原则、规律等方面的问题,这需要我们通过对谈心艺术的研究来加以解决。 一是要以经验性与理论性相统一、效用性与审美性相统一、规范性与创造性相统一、原则性与灵活性相统一为基本原则;二是要以准备阶段(认真细致、知已知彼)、导入阶段(循循善诱、亲切感人)、转接阶段(敞开心扉、以诚相待)、结束阶段(打开心结、心灵相融)为基本步骤;三是以提升高校思想政治教育工作者自身的人格魅力,加强高校思想政治教育谈心艺术的社会推广与交流为实现途径。

Through questionnaire investigation, the author investigates the present situation of the use of the art of talking in the ideological and political education in seven colleges and universities in Chongqing. The investigation shows that the way of talking has been widely used by ideological and political educators in colleges and universities. The method of talking has been highly recognized by the objects of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the equal status of both parties has been well reflected, and the content of heart and heart has been well grasped. However, there is also the lack of understanding of the students before talking, the lack of timely grasp of the timing before the talk, the inappropriate choice of the place to talk, and the need to improve the attitude of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities in the process of heart-to-heart talks. The ideological and political educators in colleges and universities have failed to grasp the principles and rules of heart-to-heart conversation, which need to be solved through the study of the art of heart-to-heart conversation.
