工科院校大学生就业心理研究

【摘要】：近年来，大学生的就业形势日益严峻。如何把思想政治教育更好的融入到大学生就业中，发挥思想政治教育在大学生就业中的重要作用是摆在思想政治教育工作者眼前的重要课题。思想政治教育能够帮助大学生培养正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，帮助大学生树立职业理想，引导大学生产生积极的就业心理。而思想政治教育要以马克思主义为指导，是以对大学生心理特点的科学认识为前提。因此，我们有必要分析大学生的就业心理，尤其是不同专业大学生产生的不同的就业心理，从教育模式、原则、方法等方面提出加强和改进高校毕业生就业心理健康教育从而有针对性的制定相应的调适策略。本文是基于对工科院校的工科专业、理科专业、文科专业以及主干专业的大学生的问卷调查，对相应专业的大学生就业心理进行比较研究，从而提出有效的调适策略，旨在为当代大学生的就业减轻心理负担。文章首先对高校大学生就业现状尤其是不同专业门类的大学生就业现状进行阐述，以及对相应研究领域的国内外的研究现状进行阐述；其次，详尽阐述了就业心理的含义及对大学生的重大意义；第三，在工科院校的不同专业的大学生中发放了调查问卷，通过对比研究，分别指出工科专业、理科专业、文科专业和主干专业的大学生产生的不同就业心理；最后，，通过深入研究，分别对不同专业门类大学生所产生的不同就业心理问题制定有针对性的、有效的调适策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment situation of college students is increasingly serious. How to better integrate the ideological and political education into the employment of college students and give play to the important role of ideological and political education in the employment of college students is an important subject in front of the ideological and political educators. Ideological and political education can help college students to cultivate correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, help college students to set up professional ideal, guide college students to produce positive psychology of employment. The ideological and political education should be guided by Marxism and be based on the scientific understanding of the psychological characteristics of college students. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the employment psychology of college students, especially the different employment psychology of different majors, from the educational model, principles, Methods: to strengthen and improve the employment mental health education of college graduates so as to formulate corresponding adjustment strategies. This paper is based on the questionnaire survey of students majoring in engineering, science, liberal arts and trunk majors in engineering colleges, and makes a comparative study on the employment psychology of students majoring in the corresponding majors, and then puts forward effective adjustment strategies. The aim is to lighten the psychological burden for the employment of contemporary college students. Firstly, this paper expounds the present employment situation of college students, especially the students with different specialties, as well as the research status at home and abroad in the corresponding research fields; secondly, The meaning of employment psychology and its significance to college students are expounded in detail. Thirdly, the questionnaire is distributed among the students of different majors in engineering colleges, and through comparative study, it is pointed out that engineering major and science major respectively. Finally, through the in-depth study, the different employment psychological problems produced by the students of different specialties and major majors have been worked out, and effective adjustment strategies have been made.
