大学生党员理想信念教育现状及对策研究

【摘要】：一直以来,高校非常重视大学生党员理想信念教育,亦取得了很多成绩和宝贵经验,但是由于种种原因,近年来,大学生党员理想信念教育的方式方法缺少改进和创新。在新的历史时期,以学习党的十八大精神和开展党的群众路线教育实践活动为契机,深入对大学生党员理想信念教育现状分析,探索大学生党员理想信念教育的改进途径,提高大学生党员理想信念教育的实效性,对于大学生党员的个人成长,对于大学生群体党的基层组织建设,对于全局党建工作,都具有深刻且长远的意义和影响。本文梳理了国内大学生党员理想信念教育的研究现状,阐述了大学生党员理想信念教育的相关意义,针对大学生党员理想信念现状开展了问卷调查,就调查发现的突出问题进行了分析并针对主要矛盾提出了改进对策。通过调查我们发现,当前大学生党员群体的理想信念状况是好的,他们认可党取得的成绩和未来的前进方向,相信党能够带领全国人民一起不断取得社会主义事业建设的阶段性胜利,完成中国的伟大复兴并最终实现共产主义,但是,对于当前大学生理想信念教育工作的教育内容和方式方法他们存有异议。针对发现的这些问题,我们提出了相应的改进对策,一是完善以大学生党员理想信念教育为核心的综合教育体系；二是合理分工、构建多维度的大学生党员理想信念教育平台；三是强化校园党建工作。
[Abstract]:For a long time, colleges and universities attach great importance to the ideal and belief education of college students Party members, and have also obtained a lot of achievements and valuable experience. However, due to various reasons, in recent years, the ways and methods of college students' Party members' ideal and belief education lack of improvement and innovation. In the new historical period, with the opportunity of studying the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Party and carrying out the mass line education practice of the Party, the present situation of the ideal and belief education for college students Party members is analyzed, and the ways to improve the ideal and belief education of college students Party members are explored. To improve the effectiveness of the ideal and belief education of college students Party members is of profound and long-term significance and influence to the personal growth of college students' party members, to the construction of the grass-roots organizations of the Party of college students and to the overall party building work. This paper reviews the current situation of the research on the ideal and belief education of college student Party members in China, expounds the relevant significance of the ideal and belief education of college student Party members, and carries out a questionnaire survey on the status quo of the ideal and belief of college student party members. This paper analyzes the outstanding problems found in the investigation and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the principal contradictions. Through the investigation, we found that the current status of the ideals and beliefs of the college student party members is good. They recognize the achievements made by the Party and the way forward in the future. It is believed that the party can lead the people of the whole country together to continuously achieve the stage victory of socialist cause construction, complete the great rejuvenation of China and finally realize communism, but, They disagree with the educational contents and methods of the current college students' ideal and belief education. In view of these problems, we put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, one is to perfect the comprehensive education system with the college students' Party members' ideal and belief education as the core, the other is to rationally divide the labor and construct the multi-dimensional platform of the college students' party members' ideal and belief education. Third, strengthen the work of campus party building.
