高师院校师范生顶岗实习的学习支持服务研究

【摘要】：顶岗实习是目前我国高师院校教师教育的一种重要实习模式，不仅对实习生教学实践能力的培养有重要作用，而且还担负着改善农村师资、提高农村教育质量的重要使命。在政府相关部门、高师院校和农村实习学校的共同努力下，师范生顶岗实习取得了一定的成果，实习生为农村中小学带来了新的教育理念和活力，同时高师院校为顶岗置换的农村教师提供业务培训，使农村教师队伍的质量得到整体性的提高。然而，在师范生顶岗实习模式的实践过程中，逐渐暴露出一些弊端和问题。高师院校和实习学校沟通不畅，导致实习专业需求不匹配；顶岗实习的实习时间长，一般为半年且在大四学年，与实习生的毕业论文写作、就业等有冲突；高师院校教师及实习学校教师对实习生缺乏有效的指导；实习生和实习学校需要长时间的相互适应等。面对师范生顶岗实习过程中出现的诸多问题，高师院校有责任有必要向实习生提供更全面有效的学习支持服务。参加顶岗实习的实习生拥有双重角色，既是一名参加顶岗实习的学生，同时也是一位专职的教师，如何在强调顶岗实习生“教师”身份的同时，保障其作为一名实习生的学习权利？高师院校及其相关教师如何在一个学期甚至更长时间的顶岗实习过程中向顶岗实习生提供有效的指导和帮助？本文结合我国高师院校师范生顶岗实习的现状，通过对师范生顶岗实习的学习支持服务研究，设计开发了一个学习支持服务系统来完善高师院校师范生顶岗实习模式。论文由以下五部分组成：第一部分是绪论，对论文的研究背景、研究的问题、目标及意义进行了介绍，阐述了主要的研究方法，并对论文中出现的术语进行了界定。第二部分是国内外教育实习和学习支持服务的现状研究，主要对国内外现行的教育实习模式和学习支持服务的应用进行了研究。着重对美国、英国、加拿大、日本以及我国的教育实习模式进行了探究，并对英国开放大学的学习支持服务系统和我国广播电视大学的学习支持服务系统进行了分析。第三部分着重于设计一个有助于完善师范生顶岗实习模式的学习支持服务系统。通过对系统构成要素的分析，设计出高师院校顶岗实习学习支持服务系统，，并对每个模块的功能进行了阐述。然后介绍了系统开发的环境和主要技术。第四部分是师范生顶岗实习学习支持服务系统的实现。系统由四个模块组成，分别为选岗模块、学习模块、交流模块和评价模块，每个模块分别由几个小功能模块组成。不同的角色拥有不一样的操作权限和数据管理权限来实现该功能，系统管理员具有最高的权限，管理整个系统的所有数据；教师具有中等权限，负责管理相关数据；实习生拥有最简易权限，管理个人数据。第五部分是对整个论文的总结，从论文研究得到的结论、论文的创新及不足之处和对该研究的展望三方面展开。
[Abstract]:The top - duty practice is an important practice mode of teachers ' education in colleges and universities in China , which not only plays an important role in the cultivation of practical teaching practice ability , but also plays an important role in improving rural teachers and improving the quality of rural education .
The practice time of the post practice is long , generally half a year and in the fourth academic year , with the student ' s graduation thesis writing , employment and so on have conflict ;
There is a lack of effective guidance for teachers and practice school teachers in colleges and universities in colleges and universities ;
It is necessary to provide more comprehensive and effective learning support services for interns and practice schools . In the face of many problems arising from the internship process of normal students , it is the duty of teachers and colleges to provide more comprehensive and effective learning support services to interns .

The thesis consists of the following five parts :

The first part is the introduction , introduces the research background , the problem , the goal and the meaning of the thesis , expounds the main research methods , and defines the terms appearing in the paper .

The second part is the research on the present situation of educational practice and learning support service at home and abroad , and mainly studies the application of the current educational practice model and learning support service at home and abroad . It mainly probes into the educational practice mode of the United States , Britain , Canada , Japan and China , and analyzes the learning support service system of open university in England and the learning support service system of China Radio and TV University .

The third part focuses on the design of a learning support service system which helps to perfect the normal practice mode of normal students . Through the analysis of the elements of the system , it designs the support service system of the top - duty practice of teachers colleges and universities , and expounds the function of each module . Then the environment and the main technology of the system development are introduced .

The fourth part consists of four modules , which are composed of four modules : selection module , learning module , AC module and evaluation module . Each module is composed of several small functional modules . The different roles have different operation authority and data management permission to realize the function . The system administrator has the highest authority and manages all the data of the whole system ;
The teacher has medium authority to manage the relevant data ;
interns have the simplest permissions to manage personal data .

The fifth part is the conclusion of the whole thesis , the conclusion from the research of the thesis , the innovation of the thesis and the shortcomings of the thesis , and the prospect of the research .
