中国—东盟背景下广西高校小语种导游人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：中国-东盟自由贸易区建成,广西旅游业迎来了千载难逢的发展机遇。随着每年到广西的东盟游客人数快速增长,旅行社对小语种导游人才的需求量也越来越大。由于区位上的优势,广西高校一直是培养小语种导游人才的主要阵地,为中国与东盟之间的旅游合作发展做出重要贡献。但由于很多高校开办小语种导游相关专业时间比较短,办学经验不足,人才培养和市场需求之间存在着矛盾。本文主要采用的研究方法有文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法,以能力本位教育理论和知识本位教育理论作为理论分析工具,分析当前广西高校培养小语种导游存在的问题,并提出高校及教育行政部门重视小语种导游人才培养、根据小语种导游工作特点确定小语种导游人才培养目标、结合专业能力需求进行课程设置、拓宽学生实习渠道,提高学生实践能力、提高教师水平等方面对策,优化当前广西小语种导游人才培养模式。文章主要分为七部分,第一部分是本课题研究背景；第二部分是基本概念、能力本位理论和知识本位理论、国内外对小语种导游人才培养模式的研究综述；第三部分是总结当前广西与东盟之间旅游合作发展状况,整理与旅行社和高校相关人员进行访谈和问卷调查的结果；第四部分分析了当前广西培养小语种导游人才三类主要代表性高校的特征；第五部分剖析当前广西高校小语种导游人才培养模式存在的主要问题；第六部分针对第五章提出的主要问题,提出优化广西高校小语种导游人才培养模式对策；第七部分研究小结。
[Abstract]:China-ASEAN Free Trade area established, Guangxi tourism ushered in a once-in-a-lifetime development opportunities. With the rapid growth of the number of ASEAN tourists to Guangxi each year, the demand of travel agencies for minority language tour guides is also increasing. Because of the advantage of location, Guangxi colleges and universities have been the main position of cultivating talents of tour guides in minority languages, and have made important contributions to the development of tourism cooperation between China and ASEAN. However, because of the short time and lack of experience of running a tour guide in many colleges and universities, there is a contradiction between talent training and market demand. The main research methods used in this paper are literature research, questionnaire survey and interview, with the theory of competency-based education and the theory of knowledge-based education as theoretical analysis tools, to analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of minority language guides in Guangxi colleges and universities at present. It also suggests that colleges and educational administrative departments attach importance to the cultivation of tour guides in small languages, determine the training goals of guides in small languages according to the characteristics of guided tours in small languages, and carry out curriculum design in combination with the needs of professional abilities to broaden the channels for students' practice. In order to improve students' practical ability and improve teachers' level, this paper optimizes the training mode of Guangxi minority language tour guides. The article is divided into seven parts, the first part is the research background of this topic, the second part is the basic concept, the ability based theory and the knowledge based theory, and the domestic and foreign research on the training model of minority language tour guides; The third part is to summarize the current development of tourism cooperation between Guangxi and ASEAN, collate the results of interviews and questionnaires with travel agencies and related personnel in colleges and universities; The fourth part analyzes the characteristics of the three main representative colleges and universities in Guangxi, the fifth part analyzes the main problems in the training mode of minority language guides in Guangxi colleges and universities. The sixth part aims at the main problems raised in the fifth chapter, and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the training mode of minority language guides in Guangxi colleges and universities; the seventh part is a summary of the research.
