基于协同学的科研与教育融合中心研究

【摘要】：融合中心是信息汇集、整合和转化的枢纽,自从概念提出至今,全球著名高校、研究机构都相继设立了融合中心,以加强科技成果的转化和跨学科的合作,美国作为科技大国,在NSF和各个高校的共同推动下,建立了工程研究中心、融合中心等机构,提升教育和人才培养质量,并通过将科技成果转化为课程、教材等方式形成庞大的教育产业。我国在融合中心方面有所进展,如工业研究院、科技园等,但更偏重于科研成果向产业转化,而对教育的贡献则相对较小,尤其是在课程开设、教材撰写、实践教学以及其它教育教学活动方面明显不足,与成功案例相比,我国的融合中心缺乏活力和发展潜力。在此背景下,本文基于知识观和协同学,创新性的提出了科研与教育融合中心的概念,从资源整合和成果转化两个角度对问题进行了剖析,其中资源整合有包括经费资源和内外部人力资源,成果转化则从效果出发,在精品课程、教材及出版物数量、课程数量等方面做出比较。随后文章参考和分析了国外斯坦福大学科研与教育融合中心和美国工程研究中心的案例,仍从资源整合和成果转化两方面进行分析,最后提出了建立科研与教育融合中心的方案及建议,归纳出科研与教育融合中心的组织职能目标,建立方式,指标体系和组织管理模式,以促进科研和教育事业快速发展。
[Abstract]:The fusion center is the hub of information collection, integration and transformation. Since the concept was put forward, the world famous universities and research institutions have set up integration centers one after another in order to strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and interdisciplinary cooperation. The United States is a big country in science and technology. Under the joint promotion of NSF and various colleges and universities, engineering research center, fusion center and other institutions have been established to improve the quality of education and talent training, and form a huge educational industry by transforming scientific and technological achievements into courses and teaching materials. Our country has made some progress in integration centers, such as industrial research institutes, science parks, etc., but more emphasis has been placed on the transformation of scientific research results into industries, while the contribution to education has been relatively small, especially in the opening of courses and the writing of teaching materials. The practice teaching and other teaching activities are obviously insufficient. Compared with the successful cases, the fusion center in our country lacks vitality and development potential. Under this background, based on the view of knowledge and synergy, this paper innovatively puts forward the concept of scientific research and education fusion center, and analyzes the problem from two angles of resource integration and achievement transformation. The integration of resources includes financial resources and internal and external human resources, and the transformation of results is based on the effect of high-quality courses, teaching materials and publications, the number of courses and other aspects of comparison. Then, the paper refers to and analyzes the cases of Stanford University Research and Education Fusion Center and American Engineering Research Center, and analyzes the integration of resources and the transformation of achievements. Finally, the paper puts forward the plan and suggestion of establishing the scientific research and education integration center, and concludes the organization function goal, the establishment way, the index system and the organization management mode of the scientific research and education fusion center, in order to promote the rapid development of scientific research and education.
