团队学习在高校思想政治教育中的运用

【摘要】:随着信息技术的发展,人类社会正在步入一个以高科技为先导的时代,亦即知识经济时代。在这个时代,知识增长和更新的速度不断加快,个人已经无法完全凭借自身的力量去掌握和运用所有知识,单打独斗的时代已经过去,学习最有效的方法之一就是采取团队合作的形式,即通过团队成员间的整体搭配、良好沟通,对各自所掌握的信息、资源进行有效交换、整合,在实现知识共享的同时不断提升自身的综合能力。作为社会存在和发展的客观反映,高校思想政治教育担负着为社会发展培养建设人才的重大任务,与团队学习在人才培养目标上存在着一致性,其对于团队学习的引入和运用具有客观必然性;与此同时,高校学生已经具备了一定的知识水平和学习技能,学习自主性和投入度相对较高,在信任度以及个性特征上也能够实现较好的配合,另外,自主学习、合作学习、探究学习等新学习方式的理论研究和实践探索也具有重大的借鉴意义,,团队学习的引入具备了现实可能性。总而言之,团队学习在高校思想政治教育中的运用对于团队学习的推广以及高校思想政治教育的优化创新有着双重意义。 团队学习的概念具有很强的综合性,它是建立在组织行为学理论、学习理论、学习型组织理论等多种理论之上的为适应社会发展需要而归纳产生的一种新生事物,存在着很强的实用性。本文主要结合学习型组织理论,首先通过对团队学习概念、特点、方法等的阐述,初步把握团队学习的内涵;随后,着重从必然性和相融性两方面来分析团队学习对高校思想政治教育的契合性,在此基础上,结合当前高校思想政治教育的实际,一一分析团队学习有效运行的影响因素,具体而言,包括团队建设的诸要素、个体的心智优化以及校园文化环境这三个层面的内容;最后,理论联系实际,将团队学习中的有益元素(诸如深度汇谈、商讨、实践性学习)以及团队学习相关的其余四项修炼(自我超越、心智模式、共同愿景、系统思考),有机地融入到高校思想政治教育中,从改进组织源、优化学风源、增强实效源、激发活力源、创新动力源等五个方面探究团队学习运用下高校思想政治教育效果优化的现实途径,主要通过教育者主体功能的有效发挥以及教育目标、内容、方式、机制、环境等的创新,不断增强高校思想政治教育的针对性、实效性,使其朝着更加科学、更加有效、更加规范的方向发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, human society is stepping into a high-tech-oriented era, that is, the era of knowledge economy. In this era, the speed of knowledge growth and renewal has been accelerating, individuals have been unable to fully rely on their own strength to master and use all knowledge, the era of fighting alone has passed. One of the most effective ways to learn is to take the form of teamwork, that is, through the overall collocation of team members, good communication, effective exchange and integration of information and resources available to them. In the realization of knowledge sharing at the same time continuously improve their comprehensive capabilities. As an objective reflection of social existence and development, ideological and political education in colleges and universities undertakes the important task of cultivating talents for social development, and is consistent with the goal of talent training in team learning. At the same time, college students already have a certain level of knowledge and learning skills, learning autonomy and investment degree is relatively high. In addition, the theoretical research and practical exploration of new learning methods, such as autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning, are also of great significance for reference. The introduction of team learning has realistic possibilities. In a word, the application of team learning in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is of dual significance to the promotion of team learning and the optimization and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The concept of team learning has a strong comprehensiveness. It is a new thing which is based on organizational behavior theory, learning organization theory and other theories to meet the needs of social development. There is a strong practicability. This article mainly combines the learning organization theory, first through to the team learning concept, the characteristic, the method and so on elaboration, initially grasps the team learning connotation; On the basis of analyzing the conformity of team learning to ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the two aspects of inevitability and harmony, and combining with the reality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the effective operation of team learning. Specifically, it includes the elements of team building, individual mental optimization and campus cultural environment. Finally, the theory is combined with practice to discuss the beneficial elements of team learning (such as in-depth discussion, etc.) Practical learning and the other four practices related to team learning (self-transcendence, mental model, shared vision, systematic thinking) are organically integrated into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper explores the realistic ways of optimizing the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the application of team learning from five aspects, namely, stimulating the source of vitality and innovating power sources, mainly through the effective exertion of the main function of the educator and the educational objectives, contents, ways and mechanisms. The innovation of environment constantly strengthens the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and makes it more scientific, more effective and more standardized.
