论生态型大学之构建

【摘要】：构建生态型大学是高等教育可持续发展的必然选择,但管理者"生态管理"理念欠缺、"生态文化"引领功能缺失、对"生态教育"重视不够等已经成为制约构建生态型大学的重要因素。构建生态型大学,要从实施错位发展战略、建设符合生态要求的校园环境、加强大学生生态意识的培养、优化生态学术权力组织等方面着手。
[Abstract]:The construction of ecological university is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of higher education, but the concept of "ecological management" is lacking, and the leading function of "ecological culture" is missing. Insufficient attention to ecological education has become an important factor restricting the construction of ecological universities. In order to construct an ecological university, it is necessary to carry out the development strategy of dislocation, to build a campus environment that meets the ecological requirements, to strengthen the cultivation of college students' ecological consciousness, and to optimize the organization of ecological academic power.
