经济转型下高校思想政治教育改革与创新的研究

【摘要】：随着我国改革开放和现代建设事业的深入发展，目前正处在经济社会转型时期，大学生的思想政治教育工作面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。当今世界范围内各种社会思潮激荡、各种价值观相互碰撞、各种观念相互交织、思想文化领域斗争异常复杂，西方资本主义价值观不断对我国大学生思想政治领域进行渗透并且产生了深刻的影响。同时在我国经济社会转型发展的新时期，对大学生思想政治教育工作提出了更高的要求，传统的思想政治教育工作模式和方法，，已远不能适应当今社会经济的发展和形势的变化，改革和创新大学生思想政治教育工作势在必行。虽然党和国家历来高度重视大学生思想政治教育工作，特别是改革开放以来大学生思想政治教育工作取得了显著的成效，但是，这些成绩距离党和国家的要求还有一定差距。正是基于这样的思考，笔者选取了经济转型下对高校大学生思想政治教育的改革与创新进行研究和探讨。首先，从国内外对本课题研究现状出发，结合实际，着重论述了经济转型与思想政治教育的内涵及其特征，概括了思想政治教育在经济转型下创新的理论依据，阐述了思想政治教育在经济转型下改革与创新所面临机遇和挑战；其次，通过查阅文献和问卷调查的形式对新形势下学校、学生、家庭、社会等方面的现状进行了调查和统计分析，得出了在经济转型下大学生思想政治教育所存在的问题，并且从家庭、学校、社会三方面的教育对思想政治教育在经济转型背景下的问题原因进行分析。最后，主要提出了大学生思想政治教育在经济转型下改革与创新的主要对策。以思想政治教育改革与创新坚持的原则为指导，从观念创新、内容创新、环境创新、机制创新这四个方面提出实施的意见和建议，以实现在经济转型下大学生思想政治教育改革与创新为目标，开创大学生思想政治教育工作的新局面。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of China's reform and opening up and modern construction, the ideological and political education of college students is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In today's world, various social trends of thought are surging, various values collide with each other, various concepts are intertwined, and the struggle in the field of ideology and culture is extremely complex. Western capitalist values constantly infiltrate the ideological and political field of college students and have a profound impact. At the same time, in the new period of economic and social transformation and development of our country, higher requirements have been put forward for the ideological and political education work of college students, the traditional mode and method of ideological and political education work, The reform and innovation of ideological and political education for college students is imperative. Although the Party and the state have always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of college students, especially since the reform and opening up, the ideological and political education of college students has achieved remarkable results, but these achievements are still far from the requirements of the Party and the country. Based on this thinking, the author chooses the reform and innovation of college students' ideological and political education under the economic transformation to carry on the research and the discussion. First of all, from the point of view of the current situation of domestic and foreign research on this subject, combined with the actual situation, this paper focuses on the connotation and characteristics of economic transformation and ideological and political education, and summarizes the theoretical basis for the innovation of ideological and political education under the economic transformation. This paper expounds the opportunities and challenges faced by the reform and innovation of ideological and political education under the economic transformation. Secondly, by referring to the literature and questionnaire survey, the author analyzes the situation of schools, students, families, and families in the new situation. Through the investigation and statistical analysis of the current situation of society and other aspects, the problems existing in ideological and political education of college students under the economic transition are obtained, and from the perspective of family and school, Three aspects of social education in the context of ideological and political education in the context of economic transformation to analyze the causes of the problems. Finally, the author puts forward the main countermeasures of reforming and innovating the ideological and political education of college students under the economic transformation. Guided by the principles of ideological and political education reform and innovation, the paper puts forward suggestions and suggestions for implementation from four aspects: concept innovation, content innovation, environmental innovation and mechanism innovation. In order to realize the reform and innovation of college students' ideological and political education under the economic transformation, it is necessary to create a new situation of college students' ideological and political education.
