以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校后勤企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:提出社会主义核心价值体系,是党的十六届六中全会在深刻总结历史经验、科学分析当前形势的基础上,在思想文化建设上的一项重大理论创新。社会主义核心价值体系是社会主义文化建设的根本,也是社会主义高校后勤企业文化建设的根本。企业文化是企业的灵魂,集中体现企业的主体价值与精神风貌,它是一种“软实力”,是企业的凝聚力与创造力的重要源泉,也是增强企业核心竞争力的重要因素。高等教育迅速发展,催生了高校后勤企业。高校后勤企业是高等精英教育向高等大众化教育迈进过程中后勤社会化改革的新兴事物,是年轻的企业,,它必须以社会主义核心价值体系为根本,推进企业文化建设,不断增强企业的“软实力”。高校后勤企业在为高校师生员工及各部门提供产品与服务的过程中,要正确处理国家、学校、企业、个人利益的关系,正确处理企业与社会、竞争与合作、经济效益与社会效益的关系,努力做社会主义核心价值体系的实践者与推动者。 本研究通过对相关文献资料的查阅、分析、整理、归纳,对高校后勤企业文化的含义、高校后勤企业文化的结构、社会主义核心价值体系的内涵、社会主义核心价值体系的主要功能、社会主义核心价值体系与企业文化的关系等理论问题进行了较深入的阐述,然后结合问卷调查结果对高校后勤企业文化建设取得的主要成绩及存在的问题进行整理与分析,在此基础上提出以社会主义核心价值体系引领高校后勤企业文化建设的原则、理论探索及建设途径。
[Abstract]:To put forward the socialist core value system is an important theoretical innovation in the ideological and cultural construction on the basis of summarizing the historical experience and scientifically analyzing the current situation in the sixth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. Socialist core value system is the foundation of socialist culture construction, and also the root of socialist university logistics enterprise culture construction. Enterprise culture is the soul of the enterprise, which embodies the main value and spirit of the enterprise. It is a kind of "soft power", an important source of the cohesion and creativity of the enterprise, and an important factor to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The rapid development of higher education has given birth to logistics enterprises in colleges and universities. Logistics enterprises in colleges and universities are a new thing in the reform of logistics socialization in the process of advanced elite education to higher popular education. It is a young enterprise. It must be based on the socialist core value system and promote the construction of enterprise culture. Constantly enhance the enterprise's "soft power." In the process of providing products and services to college teachers, students, staff and departments, the logistic enterprises of colleges and universities should correctly handle the relationship among the state, schools, enterprises and personal interests, and correctly handle the relationship between enterprises and society, competition and cooperation. The relationship between economic benefits and social benefits, and strive to be the practitioners and promoters of the socialist core value system. Through the reference, analysis, arrangement and induction of the relevant literature, this research has the meaning to the university logistics enterprise culture, the structure of the university rear service enterprise culture, the connotation of the socialist core value system. The main functions of the socialist core value system, the relationship between the socialist core value system and the corporate culture, etc. Then combining with the result of questionnaire survey, the main achievements and existing problems of university logistics enterprise culture construction are sorted out and analyzed. On this basis, the principle of guiding university logistics enterprise culture construction by socialist core value system is put forward. Theoretical exploration and construction approach.
