潘菽高等教育思想中的育人观初探

【摘要】:潘菽是我国著名的心理学家、教育家,也是南京大学第一任校长。他担任长达三十余年的心理学教学工作,为我国培养了大批优秀的心理学人才,为我国心理学事业做出了不可磨灭的贡献;作为南京大学第一任校长,面临建国初期高校事业百废待举的局面,以潘菽为代表的领导班子审时度势,积极平稳地开展了系列大学改革,如院系调整、课程改革、改造校园办学环境等。这些举措使得南京大学初具规模并为南京大学今后的发展奠定了基础。对于这样一位具有丰富的教学经验和卓越的管理能力的大学校长而言,国内专门针对他的大学管理理念和育人理念的研究非常之少。从现有的研究情况来看,已有关于潘菽的研究多数集中于对他的心理学思想和心理学成就的研究,而对他的高等教育思想和育人观念的研究几乎无人涉及,所以开展对潘菽的高等教育思想尤其是对他的育人观念的研究,对于当今高校人才培养具有重要的现实意义。 本研究以潘菽的教育家和大学管理者双重身份为研究视角,以言教、身教、物教为三维度,从潘菽的教学和管理实践中总结提炼出潘菽的育人观。 言教、身教和物教贯穿于潘菽的教学和实践过程的始终,为了明确本文的研究内容,分别将言教、身教和物教的研究内容各有侧重,并针对性地与潘菽的教学和管理实践相联系。以言教对应于潘菽的教学实践,从教学实践中总结出潘菽的教学育人理念;以身教对应于潘菽的师资队伍建设的实践,从师资队伍建设过程中总结出潘菽的师资育人理念;以物教对应于潘菽的校园环境建设实践,从他的校园环境建设过程中总结出他环境育人的理念。 通过对这三部分内容详细地梳理与分析,将他的主要的育人理念归类为两方面:从学生发展角度来看,紧紧抓住学生身心发展特点,兼顾学生发展的外部因素和内部因素,办符合学生发展规律的教育;从高校管理来看,大学的管理也是为育人提供良好的育人环境,潘菽牢牢把握高校发展的显性影响因素和隐性影响因素,坚持高校软实力与硬实力齐头并进,办优质的现代化大学。本研究主要采用文献分析法和历史研究法对潘菽的高等教育思想中的育人观进行全面地梳理与解读。 论文主体部分包括如下五个部分:第一部分是潘菽育人观的形成背景,大体上梳理出潘菽生平及其实践经历的脉络。第二部分是潘菽育人观之言教,主要以潘菽的教学实践为侧重,分析与论述他的教学理念与教学实践。第三部分是潘菽育人观之身教,主要以他自身的身教行为和学校的师资队伍建设为侧重,分析他关于师资队伍建设方面的理念与实践。第四部分潘菽育人观之物教,主要侧重于潘菽关于校园环境建设的实践,分析潘菽关于环境建设的理念与实践。最后一部分是文章的结尾部分,分别从学生发展角度和大学管理的角度,对潘菽的育人观进行全面的总结。
[Abstract]:As a famous psychologist and educationist and the first president of Nanjing University, he took over more than thirty years of psychology teaching, trained a large number of excellent psychological talents for our country and made an indelible contribution to the cause of psychology in our country. As the first president of Nanjing University, he was confronted with the University in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The leading group, represented by Pan Peng, has been reviewing the current situation, actively and steadily carrying out a series of university reforms, such as the adjustment of the Department, the reform of the curriculum, the reform of the school running environment, etc. These measures have made the Nanjing University set up a scale and laid a foundation for the future development of Nanjing University. In terms of teaching experience and excellent management ability, the study on the concept of university management and the concept of educating people is very small in China. From the current research situation, most of the research on pan is focused on his psychological and psychological research, and the thought and education of his higher education. The research on the concept of man is almost no one involved, so it is of great practical significance for the training of talents in Colleges and universities to carry out the study of the higher education thought of pan, especially his concept of educating people.
This study is based on the perspective of the dual identity of the educationists and the administrators of the University.
In order to clarify the content of this article, the contents of the study of the language teaching, the teaching and the teaching of physical education, and the teaching and management practice of Yu Pan are related. The idea of teaching and educating people is based on the practice of the construction of the teacher team of pan. From the construction of the teacher team, the concept of teacher education is summed up in the course of the construction of the teacher team.
Through the detailed carding and analysis of these three parts, his main idea of educating people is classified into two aspects: from the perspective of student development, the students' physical and mental development characteristics are tightly grasped, the external and internal factors of the students' development are taken into account, and the education of the students' development law is set up. From the view of the management of colleges and universities, the management of the university is also In order to provide a good educating environment for educating people, pan firmly grasps the dominant and recessive factors of the development of colleges and universities, and insists that the soft power and hard strength of the university go hand in hand with the hard strength. This study mainly adopts the literature analysis method and the historical research method to carry out a comprehensive view of Pan Shu's higher education thought. Combing and reading.
The main part of the thesis consists of the following five parts: the first part is the background of the formation of the view on the education of man by pan. The second part is the speech teaching of Pan Confucianism, which mainly focuses on the teaching practice of Pan Peng, analyzing and discussing his teaching ideas and teaching practice. The third part is Pan Shu. It mainly focuses on his own personal teaching behavior and the construction of the teaching staff of the school, analyzes his ideas and practice about the construction of the teacher team. The fourth part of the teaching view is mainly focused on the practice of the construction of the campus environment, and the final analysis of the concept and practice of the environment construction. The first part is the conclusion of the article, which summarizes Pan Bian's view of education from the perspective of student development and University management.
