普通大学生国防知识教学效果分析

【摘要】：普通大学生国防知识教学旨在使学生掌握基本军事理论与军事技能,增强国防观念,树立国防意识,强化爱国主义、集体主义观念,加强组织纪律性,提高综合素质,为中国人民解放军训练储备合格后备兵员和培养预备役军官打下坚实基础。但目前在普通高校开展国防知识教学的过程中,却暴露出诸多问题,严重影响了国防知识教学的实效性。《中华人民共和国国防教育法》明确指出：“国防教育贯彻全民参与、长期坚持、讲求实效的方针。”其中“讲求实效”是指讲求教育的实际效果,它是每一项教育活动都必须追求的目标。本文从高校国防知识教学实效性的概念界定入手,对湖南省10所普通高校开展调查,找出由于国防意识淡化、价值取向偏移、保障机制不够等原因造成了当前高校国防知识教学存在的一些问题,如：管理者的重视程度不够、教师主体素质不够、教育对象的热情不够、教育内容上缺乏时代感等。本文探析了高校国防知识教学实效性弱化的主要原因,同时提出有针对性的建议来提高高校国防知识教学的实效性,对加强普通大学生国防知识教学的法规建设、制度建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设以及物质经费保障等提出了探索性的思考与建议,以期高校国防知识教学的功能得以更全面地发挥,提升高校国防知识教学的实效性,培养一批具有国防意识和国际竞争力的复合型人才,为我国的经济建设营造稳定社会氛围,使我国在激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。
[Abstract]:The purpose of national defense knowledge teaching of ordinary college students is to make students master basic military theory and military skills, strengthen national defense concept, establish national defense consciousness, strengthen patriotism and collectivism, strengthen organization discipline and improve comprehensive quality. To lay a solid foundation for the PLA to train and reserve qualified reserve personnel and to train reserve officers. However, in the process of developing national defense knowledge teaching in ordinary colleges and universities, many problems have been exposed. The National Defense Education Law of the people's Republic of China clearly points out: "the policy of national defense education in carrying out the participation of the whole people, persisting in it for a long period of time, and emphasizing practical results" has seriously affected the effectiveness of the teaching of national defense knowledge. "practical effect" refers to the practical effect of education, and it is the goal that every educational activity must pursue. Starting with the definition of the effectiveness of national defense knowledge teaching in colleges and universities, this paper makes an investigation on 10 ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province, and finds out the deviation of value orientation due to the desalination of national defense consciousness. The insufficient guarantee mechanism causes some problems existing in the teaching of national defense knowledge in colleges and universities at present, such as insufficient attention by managers, insufficient quality of teachers' main body, insufficient enthusiasm of educational objects, lack of sense of the times in the content of education, and so on. This paper probes into the main reasons for the weakening of the effectiveness of the teaching of national defense knowledge in colleges and universities, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of national defense knowledge in colleges and universities, and to strengthen the legal and institutional construction of the teaching of national defense knowledge for ordinary college students. The course construction, the construction of the teaching staff and the material fund guarantee are put forward in order to give full play to the function of the national defense knowledge teaching in colleges and universities, and to improve the effectiveness of the national defense knowledge teaching in colleges and universities. To cultivate a group of complex talents with national defense consciousness and international competitiveness, to create a stable social atmosphere for our country's economic construction, and to make our country stand in an invincible position in the fierce international competition.
