公共政策视野下我国高校思想政治教育政策研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理论课是大学生必修的课程,是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道,是大学生深入了解马克思主义和社会主义核心价值体系的主要途径,对大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观具有重要的作用。高校思想政治理论课的改革和发展与高校思想政治理论课的课程设置密不可分,而高校思想政治理论课的课程设计又直接受到高校思想政治教育政策的影响。因此,在当今复杂多变的国际社会形势中,,如何适应时代发展趋势,制定切实可行的高校思想政治教育政策,指导我国高校思想政治理论课建设与发展,把当代大学生培养成为社会主义事业的合格建设者和接班人,已成为广大高校思想教育工作者必须认真研究和解决的重大而紧迫的课题。 文章重点从我国高校思想政治教育理论课改革为出发点,在公共政策视野下,以马克思主义方法论为指导,运用马克思历史唯物主义、辩证唯物主义观点,采用文献研究法、归纳分析法和比较分析法等对我国高校思想政治教育政策进行研究。在综合研究的基础上,文章对我国高校思想政治教育政策的变迁进行了初步的划分:选择与初创、发展与停滞、恢复与重建、改革与创新等四个阶段,并着重剖析了我国高校思想政治教育政策变迁的原因及其变化规律,进而为制定切实可行的高校思想政治教育政策建言献策。文章分为四个部分:第一部分阐述了选题背景和依据、研究意义和方法,以及课题的国内外的研究现状;第二部分详细论述了我国高校思想政治教育政策的设置议程和设置原则;第三部分阐述了我国高校思想政治教育政策的历史沿革,重点对我国高校思想政治教育政策的变迁原因进行了剖析;第四部分,结合现有研究成果,对我国高校思想政治教育政策进行了深刻反思,深入探讨制定切实可行的高校思想政治教育政策的思路和对策。
[Abstract]:The course of ideological and political theory is a compulsory course for college students, the main channel of ideological and political education for college students, and the main way for college students to understand Marxism and the core value system of socialism. It plays an important role in setting up a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values for college students. The reform and development of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities are closely related to the curriculum design of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and the curriculum design of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is directly influenced by the ideological and political education policies in colleges and universities. Therefore, in the current complex and changeable international social situation, how to adapt to the development trend of the times, how to formulate feasible ideological and political education policies in colleges and universities, and how to guide the construction and development of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in China? The cultivation of contemporary college students as qualified constructors and successors of socialist cause has become an important and urgent subject that the ideological educators in colleges and universities must seriously study and solve. This paper focuses on the reform of ideological and political education theory course in colleges and universities in our country, under the guidance of Marxist methodology, using Marxist historical materialism, dialectical materialism and literature research under the public policy vision. Inductive analysis and comparative analysis are used to study the policy of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. On the basis of comprehensive research, this paper makes a preliminary division of the changes of ideological and political education policies in colleges and universities in our country: selection and establishment, development and stagnation, recovery and reconstruction, reform and innovation, etc. The reasons and rules of the change of ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities in our country are analyzed emphatically, and suggestions for formulating feasible ideological and political education policies in colleges and universities are put forward. The article is divided into four parts: the first part describes the background and basis of the topic, research significance and methods, as well as the domestic and foreign research status of the subject; The second part discusses the setting agenda and principles of ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities in China, the third part expounds the historical evolution of ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities in China. The article analyzes the reasons of the change of ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities in our country, the fourth part, combined with the existing research results, deeply reflects on the ideological and political education policy in colleges and universities of our country. This paper probes into the train of thought and countermeasures for formulating feasible policies of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
