工科专业大学生思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：工科专业大学生是一个富有特点的大学生群体，他们有不同于其他专业大学生的思想和行为特点。在过去的相当长的时间中，我国高等教育曾存在“重文轻理”或是“重理轻文”的偏向，或是只重视单纯的专业训练和教育，忽视思想政治教育的重要性和作用，没有系统地、科学地根据工科专业大学生的思想现状以及特点来研究有效的思想政治教育方法和途径，如何有效地开展工科专业大学生思想政治教育，是我国高校尤其是工科专业院系面临的一个现实问题。本文首先在查阅大量文献资料的基础上，，比较全面地掌握了目前工科专业大学生思想政治教育对象的特点，并且通过对某高校工科专业大学生进行抽样问卷调查，从学习目标、人际关系、心理状况等方面对工科专业大学生思想现状进行分析。其次，笔者从高校管理理念、思想政治教育队伍以及工科专业大学生自身三个方面，分析了当前工科专业大学生思想政治教育存在的问题，并深入探究问题产生的原因。最后，在结合工科专业大学生的特点和工科专业大学生思想政治教育问题及其成因的基础上，从改进思想政治教育方法、充分运用思想政治教育载体、加强人文精神教育以及加强思想政治队伍建设等方面进行详细阐述，提出改善目前工科专业大学生思想政治教育的对策。
[Abstract]:College students majoring in engineering are a group of college students with rich characteristics. They have different ideological and behavioral characteristics from those of other majors. For a long time in the past, there was a tendency in higher education in our country to "attach importance to literature and less to reason" or "to attach importance to science and art", or to attach importance to pure professional training and education, ignoring the importance and role of ideological and political education, and not systematically. According to the present situation and characteristics of the college students majoring in engineering, this paper studies the effective methods and approaches of ideological and political education, and how to carry out the ideological and political education of college students majoring in engineering. It is a realistic problem that colleges and universities, especially engineering colleges and departments, are faced with. On the basis of consulting a large number of documents, this paper comprehensively grasps the characteristics of ideological and political education objects of engineering major college students at present, and through a sampling questionnaire survey of engineering major college students in a certain university, from the study goal, Interpersonal relationship, psychological status and other aspects of the ideological status of college students majoring in engineering were analyzed. Secondly, the author analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education of engineering college students from three aspects: the management idea, the ideological and political education team and the college students themselves, and probes into the causes of the problems. Finally, on the basis of the characteristics of college students majoring in engineering and the problems and causes of ideological and political education of engineering majors, this paper makes full use of the carrier of ideological and political education by improving the methods of ideological and political education. To strengthen the humanistic spirit education and strengthen the ideological and political team construction and other aspects to elaborate, put forward to improve the current ideological and political education of college students majoring in engineering countermeasures.
