高教园区大学生学风建设研究

【摘要】:大学生学风是人才培养的内在要素和大学生素质的外在表现,优良学风是高等教育质量的重要保证和高校可持续发展的宝贵财富,,大学生学风建设是高校建设的重要内容。随着我国高等教育大众化的不断推进,高教园区也随之产生并不断发展壮大,成为我国高等教育大众化的主要载体。高教园区往往集聚了多所乃至十多所高校,它作为一个有机整体,同样存在着整体促进大学生学风建设的问题。一方面,高教园区内部每所高校的办学层次不同,生源层次不同,学风状况不同,学风建设措施和力度不同,学风建设成效也不同,需要从高教园区层面来统筹考虑大学生学风建设问题;另一方面,高教园区所辖高校之间的学风状况相互影响,高教园区整体的学风状况也受到每所高校学风状况的影响,高教园区整体的大学生学风建设与每所高校的大学生学风建设相互影响、相互促进,也需要把高教园区看作一个有机整体来协调推进大学生学风建设。 笔者通过文献检索发现,由于我国高教园区建立的时间不长,以高教园区为研究对象,从宏观和整体的角度对高教园区大学生学风建设进行理论研究和实践探索的成果很少。因此,本文选取高教园区作为大学生学风建设的有机整体,拟通过整合高教园区内部各高校有效推进大学生学风建设的资源和力量等多种因素,研究提出有效推进高教园区大学生学风建设的建议,供高教园区主管部门和相关高校决策参考。 本文从大学生学风和大学生学风建设、高教园区的概念及其特点、高教园区大学生学风建设的概念及其特点、高教园区大学生学风建设的必要性和可行性等方面就高教园区大学生学风建设的研究基础进行了多角度探讨;进而选取浙江省杭州市下沙高教园区、江苏省常州高教园区、上海市松江高教园区为高教园区大学生学风建设的实践案例,总结分析了高教园区大学生学风建设的成功经验和薄弱环节;最后,针对高教园区大学生学风建设的薄弱环节,理论联系实际,提出了有效推进高教园区大学生学风建设的对策与措施。本文认为,有效推进高教园区大学生学风建设,一方面要不断提高思想认识,另一方面要采取切实有效措施。本文从五个方面阐述了对策与措施:一要从校际联动、系统联动、部门联动、师生联动等方面构建联动平台,二要从不同类型高校、不同年级、不同班级、不同寝室等方面实施分类指导,三要从优良学风班事迹、优良学风寝室事迹、学风建设标兵事迹、学风建设的其他有效举措等方面推介典型示范,四要从优质课程、优质专业、优质教师、优质设施、优质信息等方面共享优质资源,五要从全员推进的激励机制、全程推进的保障机制、全方位推进的评价机制等方面形成长效机制。
[Abstract]:The style of study of college students is the internal factor of the cultivation of talents and the external expression of the quality of college students. The fine style of study is the important guarantee of the quality of higher education and the precious wealth of the sustainable development of colleges and universities. The construction of the style of study of college students is an important content of the construction of colleges and universities. With the development of the popularization of higher education in China, higher education parks have emerged and developed continuously, and become the main carrier of the popularization of higher education in our country. As an organic whole, the higher education park often gathers more than ten colleges and universities, and it also has the problem of promoting the construction of college students' style of study as a whole. On the one hand, each university in the campus has different levels of running schools, different levels of student resources, different styles of study, different measures and efforts in the construction of style of study, and different results of construction of style of study. It is necessary to consider the construction of college students' style of study from the level of higher education park as a whole. On the other hand, the situation of study style among the universities under the jurisdiction of the higher education park affects each other, and the overall learning style of the higher education park is also affected by the study style of each university. The construction of the overall style of study in the higher education park and the construction of the style of study in each university affect and promote each other, and it is also necessary to consider the park as an organic whole to coordinate and promote the construction of the style of study of the university students. Through literature retrieval, the author finds that because the establishment of higher education parks in China is not long, there are few achievements in the theoretical research and practical exploration on the construction of learning style of college students from the macro and overall perspectives, taking the higher education parks as the research object. Therefore, this paper selects the higher education park as the organic whole of the construction of college students' style of study, and by integrating the resources and strength of the construction of college students' style of study within the campus, it intends to effectively promote the resources and strength of the construction of students' style of study, and so on. The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the construction of college students' style of study in higher education park, which can be used as a reference for the department in charge of higher education park and the relevant colleges and universities. In this paper, the concept and characteristics of college students' style of study and style of study, the concept and characteristics of higher education park, the concept and characteristics of college students' style of study are discussed. The necessity and feasibility of the construction of college students' style of study in higher education parks are discussed from various angles, and then the author selects Xiasha higher Education Park in Hangzhou, Jiangsu Province, and Changzhou higher Education Park in Jiangsu Province. This paper summarizes and analyzes the successful experiences and weak links of the construction of the style of study of the college students in the Songjiang higher Education Park, which is the practical case of the construction of the style of study of the college students in the Songjiang higher Education Park, and finally, aiming at the weak links of the construction of the style of study of the college students in the higher education park, Combining theory with practice, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures to effectively promote the construction of college students' style of study in higher education parks. This paper holds that to effectively promote the construction of college students' style of study in higher education parks, we should constantly improve our ideological understanding on the one hand, and take practical and effective measures on the other. This paper expounds the countermeasures and measures from five aspects: one is to build a linkage platform from intercollegiate, systematic, departmental, teacher-student interaction, and the other is from different types of colleges and universities, different grades, different classes, etc. Different dormitories and other aspects of the implementation of classified guidance, third, from the fine style of study class deeds, excellent style of study dormitory deeds, the building model of the style of study deeds, other effective measures of style of study, and other effective measures to promote typical demonstration; fourth, from high-quality courses, high-quality professional, Quality teachers, high-quality facilities, high-quality information and other aspects of sharing high-quality resources, fifthly, we should form a long-term mechanism from the aspects of the incentive mechanism promoted by the whole staff, the guarantee mechanism of the whole process, the evaluation mechanism of the all-round promotion and so on.
