高校家庭经济困难学生资助工作的改进策略研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国高等教育逐步进入到大众化和普及化阶段。随着高校家庭经济困难学生数量的增多,高校家庭经济困难学生的资助工作已经成为国家和社会各界持续关注的一个热点问题。尽管我国已经初步建立起一套多元化的资助体系,基本解决了困难学生上学难的问题。但就困难学生而言,心理、思想和能力方面的问题仍然十分突出,资助工作还需进一步完善,亟需探索更为科学有效的资助策略。发展性资助工作理念立足于“立德树人”,重视对困难学生的精神支持与能力锻炼,对经济资助方式进行有效整合,把经济资助与项目实践、能力锻炼、感恩诚信教育、自立自强教育相结合,促进家庭经济困难学生不断提升综合素质,实现全面发展,从而有效提升家庭经济困难学生的生存和适应能力,这充分体现了以人为本的科学发展观和教育公平的要求,有利于促进社会的和谐稳定;同时构建发展性资助模式,符合社会主流价值观和社会主义核心价值体系的根本要求。对这一问题的研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本研究通过理论探索与分析、走访调研、问卷调查的方式,从资助方式的演变、困难学生需求调查、资助工作存在的主要问题以及原因分析出发,阐述了我国高校资助工作的演变与现状,并借鉴美国高校资助工作经验,提出了构建发展性资助模式的对策与建议,以完善我国高校资助工作,进而促进家庭经济困难学生的全面发展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's higher education has gradually entered the stage of popularization and popularization. With the increase of the number of students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities, the financial assistance work of students with financial difficulties has become a hot issue that the country and all walks of life have been paying close attention to. Although China has initially established a pluralistic aid system, it has basically solved the problem of difficult students to go to school. However, the psychological, ideological and ability problems of the students in difficulty are still very prominent, and the financial aid work needs to be further improved, and it is urgent to explore more scientific and effective subsidy strategies. The idea of developing financial aid is based on "building a person by virtue", paying attention to the spiritual support and ability training for the students in need, effectively integrating the economic aid methods, putting economic aid into practice, training ability, and education of gratitude and honesty. The combination of self-supporting and self-strengthening education can promote the students with family economic difficulties to continuously improve their comprehensive quality and achieve all-round development, thus effectively enhancing the survival and adaptability of students with family economic difficulties. This fully reflects the people-oriented scientific development concept and the requirement of educational fairness, which is conducive to promoting social harmony and stability, and at the same time, building a developmental funding model conforms to the basic requirements of the mainstream social values and the socialist core value system. The study of this problem has important theoretical value and practical significance. This research through theoretical exploration and analysis, visiting research, questionnaire survey, from the development of funding methods, difficult students' needs investigation, the main problems and causes of funding work analysis, This paper expounds the evolvement and present situation of university financial aid work in our country, and draws lessons from the experience of American university funding work, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to construct the developmental funding mode in order to perfect the university subsidy work in our country. And then promote the comprehensive development of students with family financial difficulties.
