大学生人格特质、成就动机与职业价值观的关系研究
[Abstract]:The study of professional values has attracted much attention in recent years. Previous studies have shown that personality factors and achievement motivation have a certain impact on professional values, but the relationship between them and the mechanism of their action are not fully studied. Through questionnaire and quantitative empirical research, this study examines the overall situation, differences, relationships and mechanism of personality traits, achievement motivation and professional values of college students. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the personality traits of college students are more balanced, open personality traits, suitably human personality traits and sense of responsibility personality traits are more prominent. Second, college students generally have positive achievement motivation, and the tendency of pursuing success is higher than that of avoiding failure. Third, the professional values of college students present the characteristics of diversification and balanced distribution. In the choice of professional characteristics, college students pay more attention to family maintenance, personal development, career matching. Fourth, there are significant gender differences in personality traits of college students: female students score higher in multiple traits than boys; major differences: liberal arts students in neuroticism personality traits higher than those in science and engineering; no grade difference. Fifth, there is no gender difference in achievement motivation and no difference in major, but there is a significant grade difference: the achievement motivation of senior students is lower than that of other grades. Sixth, there are significant gender differences in professional values of college students: female students have higher scores than boys in multiple vocational values factors; there are differences in grade, vocational values of senior students pay more attention to reality; there is no professional difference. Seventh, college students' personality traits, achievement motivation and professional values are related to each other to some extent. Eighth, personality traits of college students have significant predictive effect on professional values. 9. Achievement motivation regulates the relationship between personality traits and professional values.
