将高校党校打造成理想信念教育品牌的研究

【摘要】：理想信念教育是高校思想政治教育的核心内容,党中央以及各高校都对此极为重视,并制订了许多相应的措施和办法,且取得了明显成效。但是,随着信息时代的来临,特别是网络的普及,各种社会思潮的涌入,当代大学生理想信念教育迎来了前所未有的挑战,改革成为必须之路。笔者运用思想政治教育学的理论和方法,结合导师多年高校党校工作实践,对将高校党校教育打造成理想信念教育品牌的研究这一课题进行深入探讨。文章从理想信念的概念入手,将高校党校教育理想信念教育品牌定义为以培养更多青年马克思主义者为基本目标,依托高校党校机构这一平台,以“入党培训”为内在运作机制,以“入党教育”、“马克思主义理论教育”、“日常思想政治教育”、“文化素质教育”“四结合”为基本途径,以广大要求入党的大学生为基本教育对象并辐射到全体大学生和其他群体的高校党建思想政治工作新模式,进而分析比较理想信念教育的实质、理想信念教育品牌与企业品牌,并阐述了打造理想信念教育品牌的意义。在问卷调查的基础上,从高校党校教育的客观基础、内在动因和教学实践三方面对打造理想信念教育品牌进行了可行性分析。同时,对我国古代和革命战争年代、资本主义国家和其他社会主义国家的理想信念教育经验进行分析总结。分析打造高校党校理想信念教育品牌需解决的认识屏障、体制屏障和教学体系滞后三方面问题,并提出了初步的解决方法。最后,文章提出了对高校党校理想信念教育品牌打造的新机制、新途径和新方法。文章旨在利用高校党校教育的优势资源,形成教育合力,探索理想信念教育的新平台,提升高校党校理想信念教育品牌的影响力和辐射力。
[Abstract]:Ideal and belief education is the core content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The Party Central Committee and all universities attach great importance to it, and have worked out many corresponding measures and methods, and have achieved remarkable results. However, with the advent of the information age, especially the popularization of the network and the influx of various social trends of thought, the education of ideals and beliefs of contemporary college students is facing unprecedented challenges, and reform has become a necessary road. Based on the theory and method of ideological and political education and the practice of college party school for many years, the author makes a deep discussion on the subject of making the party school education into a brand of ideal and belief education. Starting with the concept of ideal and belief, this paper defines the brand of ideal and belief education in college party school as the basic goal of cultivating more young Marxists, relying on the platform of party school organization in colleges and universities. Taking "joining the Party training" as the internal operating mechanism, "joining the party education", "Marxist theory education", "daily ideological and political education", "cultural quality education" and "four combinations" as the basic ways, Taking the college students who are required to join the Party as the basic educational objects and radiating to the new mode of ideological and political work in the Party building of all college students and other groups, this paper analyzes and compares the essence of the ideal and belief education, the brand of ideal and belief education and the brand of enterprise. And expounds the significance of creating ideal and belief education brand. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the feasibility of building the brand of ideal and belief education from three aspects: the objective foundation, the internal motivation and the teaching practice of the Party school education in colleges and universities. At the same time, the experience of ideal and belief education in capitalist countries and other socialist countries in ancient China and revolutionary war years is analyzed and summarized. This paper analyzes the three problems that need to be solved in building the brand of ideal and belief education in the Party schools in colleges and universities, such as the cognitive barrier, the institutional barrier and the lagging of the teaching system, and puts forward some preliminary solutions. Finally, the paper puts forward a new mechanism, new ways and new methods to build the brand of ideal and belief education in the Party school of colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to make use of the superior resources of the Party school education in colleges and universities to form the educational resultant force, to explore a new platform for the ideal and belief education, and to promote the influence and radiation power of the brand of the party school ideal and belief education in colleges and universities.
