基于网络媒介的高校辅导员德育工作创新研究

【摘要】：网络社会的崛起、网络媒介的发展对大学生的生活、学习、思维以及思想道德、价值观念等产生着深刻的影响，对高校辅导员德育工作也提出了严峻挑战。在我国，高校是信息化程度最高、信息资源最密集的场域，大学生则是与网络媒介接触最紧密、最广泛的群体。他们不仅是网络媒介的积极参与者和推动者，还是网络文化的创造者。随着网络技术在高等教育中的广泛应用，网络文化也在大学校园中迅速普及开来。辅导员是大学生思想的引领者，如何在新形势下最大限度地消除互联网的消极影响，创新高校辅导员德育工作是我们面临的重要课题。对此，高校辅导员必须站在时代的高度，在理论上积极探索、总结网络媒介下大学生德育工作规律；在实践上勇于开辟网络时代辅导员开展德育工作的新方法和新途径，以积极创新、求真务实的精神开创网络时代高校德育工作的新局面。本文将理论阐述和实践经验相结合，总体分析了网络媒介对辅导员德育工作的影响，并从网络媒介视域下辅导员德育工作的新内容出发，积极寻求网络媒介下我国辅导员德育工作创新的途径。本文从以下三个部分对网络媒介环境下辅导员德育工作创新的相关问题进行了探讨：第一部分是网络媒介是高校辅导员德育工作一种新的有效载体；第二部分是基于网络媒介辅导员德育工作的内容；第三部分是基于网络媒介创新辅导员德育工作路径。
[Abstract]:The rise of network society and the development of network media have a profound influence on college students' life, study, thinking, ideology, morality and values, and also pose a severe challenge to the moral education work of college counselors. In our country, colleges and universities are the field with the highest degree of information and the most intensive information resources, while the college students are the most closely connected with the network media and the most extensive group. They are not only the active participants and promoters of the network media, but also the creators of the network culture. With the wide application of network technology in higher education, network culture is rapidly popularized in university campuses. Counselors are the leaders of college students' thoughts. How to eliminate the negative effects of the Internet to the maximum extent under the new situation, and how to innovate the moral education work of college counselors is an important subject we are facing. In view of this, college counselors must stand at the height of the times, explore actively in theory, sum up the law of moral education of college students under the network media, and bravely open up new methods and ways for counselors to carry out moral education work in the network age in practice. To create a new situation of moral education in colleges and universities in the network age with the spirit of positive innovation and pragmatism. This paper combines theory with practical experience, analyzes the influence of network media on counselors' moral education, and starts from the new content of counselors' moral education from the perspective of network media. Actively seek the way to innovate the moral education work of counselors in our country under the network medium. This paper probes into the following three parts: the first part is that the network media is a new effective carrier of college counselors' moral education work; The second part is based on the content of network media counselors' moral education; the third part is based on the network media innovation counselors' moral work path.
