低年级医学生在校学习、闲暇现状及学业成绩影响因素分析

【摘要】:目的:了解医科院校低年级(一、二、三年级)不同年级大学生的学习生活及闲暇生活的现状,分析低年级医学生学业成绩的影响因素。试图为构建科学有效的大学生学习机制和生活机制提供有效建议,构建和谐校园。 方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取中南大学湘雅医学院一、二、三年级不同专业的部分班级学生完成调查问卷。将调查对象的所有资料导入SPSS17.0统计软件建立数据库文件。并用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析。研究内容包括:(1)低年级医学生的学习生活现状;(2)低年级医学生的闲暇生活现状;(3)低年级医学生学业成绩的影响因素分析。 结果:一、低年级在校医学生学习现状:(1)三个年级的学习目的尚不能认为有差别(P0.05),学习目的呈现出市场化趋势;(2)三个年级的学习态度可认为有差别(P0.05),一至三年级,上课出勤率按年级降低,课堂兴趣按年级降低,课堂学习态度认真度也按年级降低,对专业的热衷度也降低;(3)三个年级的学习取向也有差别(P0.05),也已不再把成绩的好坏作为衡量个人能力的唯一标准,对成绩的要求逐年级降低,更注重自己的全面发展,以适应快速发展的社会。 二、低年级在校医学生闲暇生活现状:(1)三个年级的闲暇时间可认为有差别(P0.05),三个年级拥有的闲暇时间按年级增加,但缺乏计划性(三个年级的闲暇时间计划尚不能认为有差别)。(2)三个年级的闲暇生活内容尚不能认为有差别(P0.05),闲暇生活内容丰富,主要倾向于消遣娱乐,网络已成不可缺少的工具,用在体育锻炼和实践能力培养上的时间偏少。(3)低年级在校医学生的闲暇质量差、闲暇价值观较模糊。 三、多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果表明,影响医学生成绩的因素有:性别、家庭月收入、父亲文化程度、学习态度、对考试成绩的期望。 结论:低年级医学生的学习生活及闲暇生活,不同年级表现出来的有所不同。总的来说:(1)低年级医学生的学习目的多样化、学习态度积极、学习目标明确。(2)低年级医学生闲暇时间充裕、闲暇生活丰富、闲暇生活质量待提高。(3)多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果表明,影响医学生成绩的因素有:性别、家庭月收入、父亲文化程度、学习态度、对考试成绩的期望。 基于本次研究,对低年级学生教育的两个建议:(1)对不同年级的在校医学生进行阶段性引导。(2)学校应该提供良好的学习环境,教育设施及体育设施。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of the study life and leisure life of the students of different grades in medical colleges and universities, and to analyze the influencing factors of the academic achievement of the medical students in the lower grade. This paper attempts to provide effective suggestions for the construction of scientific and effective learning mechanism and living mechanism of college students and to construct a harmonious campus. Methods: random cluster sampling was used to select some students of different majors from Xiangya Medical College of Central South University to complete the questionnaire. Import all the data of the survey object into the SPSS17.0 statistical software to establish the database file. Statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS17.0 software. The contents of the study include: (1) the current situation of medical students' learning life in the lower grade; (2) the present situation of the leisure life of the medical students in the lower grade; (3) the analysis of the influencing factors of the academic achievement of the medical students in the lower grade. Results: (1) the learning goals of the three grades were not considered different (P0.05), and the learning goals showed a market-oriented trend; (2) the learning attitudes of the three grades were considered to be different (P0.05), and the first to the third grades were different (P0.05). The attendance rate of class is reduced by grade, the interest of class is decreased by grade, the seriousness of classroom study attitude is also reduced by grade, and the enthusiasm for specialty is also reduced. (3) the learning orientation of the three grades is different (P0.05), and the quality of achievement is no longer regarded as the only criterion to measure individual ability, the requirement of grade by grade is lowered, and the overall development of oneself is paid more attention to in order to adapt to the rapidly developing society. Second, the current situation of the leisure life of the medical students in the lower grade: (1) the leisure time of the three grades can be considered to be different (P0.05), the leisure time of the three grades increases according to the grade, But lack of planning (three grades of leisure time planning can not be considered as different). (2) three grades of leisure life content can not be considered as different (P0.05), leisure life content rich, mainly tend to entertainment, The network has become an indispensable tool, the time used in physical exercise and practical ability training is less. (3) the leisure quality of the medical students in the lower grade is poor, and the leisure values are vague. Thirdly, the results of multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing medical students' achievement were gender, family monthly income, father's education level, learning attitude and expectation of examination results. Conclusion: the study life and leisure life of medical students in lower grade are different in different grades. Generally speaking: (1) the lower grade medical students have diversified learning goals, positive learning attitudes and clear learning goals. (2) the medical students in the lower grade have abundant leisure time and abundant leisure life. (3) the results of multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing medical students' achievement were gender, family monthly income, father's education level, learning attitude and expectation of examination results. Based on this study, two suggestions are put forward: (1) to guide the medical students in different grades at different stages; (2) to provide a good learning environment, educational facilities and sports facilities.
