大学生共情、人格与人际关系的关系研究

【摘要】：共情是指个体由于理解了真实的或想象中的他人的情绪而引发的与之一致或相似的情绪体验，是一种替代性的情绪反应能力，即个体能够以他人为中心，识别和接纳他人的观点并能够亲身体验他人情绪的一种心理过程。共情在人的社会化过程中起着至关重要的作用，尤其在道德、亲社会行为和人际关系等方面。本研究采用问卷法，以黑龙江省哈尔滨市三所大学随机抽取的487名大学生为被试，，实证研究了大学生共情、人格与人际关系之间的相互关系。得出以下结论： 1．大学生共情、人格与人际关系的部分维度在性别、是否是学生干部两人口统计学变量上存在差异。其中，女大学生在共情的“想象”、“共情性关心”、“个人痛苦”和人格的“神经质”维度上得分显著高于男大学生；学生干部在人格的“外倾性”和“责任心”维度上得分显著高于非学生干部；非学生干部在人际关系困扰上的“交谈”、“交际与交友”和“异性交往”三维度得分显著高于学生干部。 2．大学生共情、人格、人际关系之间存在相关。其中，大学生共情与人格存在正相关；大学生共情与人际关系困扰存在负相关；大学生人格与人际关系困扰存在负相关。 3．大学生共情在人格对人际关系的影响中起部分中介作用。 4．共情的中介模型结构权重具有跨组恒等性。
[Abstract]:Empathy refers to an emotional experience that is consistent or similar to an individual's understanding of the real or imagined emotions of others. It is an alternative emotional response ability, that is, the ability of an individual to focus on others. A psychological process that recognizes and accepts the views of others and is able to experience the emotions of others. Empathy plays an important role in the process of socialization, especially in the aspects of morality, pro-social behavior and interpersonal relationship. In this study, 487 college students randomly selected from three universities in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, were used to study the relationship between empathy, personality and interpersonal relationships. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. There are differences between the two demographic variables of college students' empathy personality and interpersonal relationship in terms of gender and whether or not they are student cadres. 2. Among them, female college students scored significantly higher in the dimensions of empathy "imagination", "empathy concern", "personal pain" and personality "neuroticism" than male college students; The scores of student cadres in the dimensions of "extroversion" and "responsibility" of personality were significantly higher than those of non-student cadres; The scores of "communication and dating" and "heterosexual interaction" were significantly higher than those of student cadres. 2. There were correlations among college students' empathy, personality and interpersonal relationships. Among them, there is a positive correlation between empathy and personality, a negative correlation between empathy and interpersonal distress. There is a negative correlation between personality and interpersonal distress. 3. Empathy plays a part of intermediary role in the influence of personality on interpersonal relationship. 4. The weight of empathy intermediary model has cross-group identity.
