在构建和谐社会背景下我国高校贫困生思想政治教育问题分析

【摘要】：中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家，在改革开放的过程中取得了举世瞩目的成就。随着改革开放不断深入，我国的高等教育也实行了全方位的改革。自1999年开始，我国高等教育一方面启动了大众化的进程；另一方面开始了学生自费上大学的改革措施。此政策的实施为国家培养了大批人才，增加了国家收入，减轻了国家负担，但也有因贫困而上不起学的贫困生。为此，国家也采取了诸多资助措施以保证这些贫困生顺利完成学业。这些措施非常重要，它关系到国家的可持续发展，造福于千秋万代。随着经济建设的不断发展，社会两级分化现象严重，这些现象也反映在高校学生当中，高等学校贫困生问题日益严峻。党的十七大上，胡锦涛同志明确提出：“教育是民族振兴的基石，教育公平是社会公平的重要基础”，这为中国教育，尤其是为高校教育工作者指明了前进的方向。目前，如何做好高校贫困生思想工作，维护学校稳定和社会安定，让高校贫困生在和谐健康的社会背景下成长，是高校教育的重中之重，，是中国面临的重大难题之一。本文试图从和谐社会对我国高校贫困生思想教育工作的影响展开剖析，分析当前工作现状、问题及原因，进一步提出对高校贫困生思想教育工作提出改革创新的新思路。本文提出了做好高校贫困生思想工作的具体要求，不仅要经济扶贫、就业扶贫，更重要的是精神扶贫和贫困生自身素质扶贫，最后还着重提出了在和谐社会背景下我国高校贫困生思想教育工作的对策。总之，全文的立足点和目标指向始终是如何做好高校贫困生的思想教育工作，使这些贫困生在和谐健康的氛围中快乐成长，最终成为国家的栋梁之才。
[Abstract]:As the largest developing country in the world, China has made remarkable achievements in the process of reform and opening up. With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's higher education has also implemented a comprehensive reform. Since 1999, China's higher education has started the process of popularization on the one hand, and on the other hand, the reform measures of students attending university at their own expense. The implementation of this policy has trained a large number of talents, increased the national income and lightened the burden on the country, but there are also poor students who cannot afford to go to school because of poverty. To this end, the state has also taken a number of financial measures to ensure that these poor students successfully completed their studies. These measures are very important, it relates to the sustainable development of the country, for the benefit of generations. With the continuous development of economic construction, the phenomenon of social differentiation between two levels is serious. These phenomena are also reflected in the students of colleges and universities, and the problem of poor students in colleges and universities is becoming more and more serious. At the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Hu Jintao clearly put forward: "Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation, and educational fairness is an important foundation for social equity." this has pointed out the direction of progress for Chinese education, especially for educators in colleges and universities. At present, how to do a good job in the ideological work of poor college students, to maintain school stability and social stability, and to make poor college students grow under a harmonious and healthy social background is the most important part of higher education and one of the major problems facing China. This paper attempts to analyze the influence of harmonious society on the ideological education work of poor students in colleges and universities in our country, analyze the current situation, problems and reasons of the work, and further put forward a new way of reform and innovation for the ideological education work of poor students in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward the specific requirements for doing a good job in the ideological work of poor students in colleges and universities, not only in terms of economic poverty alleviation, employment poverty alleviation, but also, more importantly, the poverty alleviation of the spirit and the poverty alleviation of the poor students themselves. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures of the ideological education of the poor college students in China under the background of harmonious society. In short, the foothold and goal of the full text is always how to do the ideological education of the poor students in colleges and universities, make these poor students grow up happily in a harmonious and healthy atmosphere, and finally become the pillars of the country.
