Seminar结合案例教学法在肿瘤学临床教学中的模型构建及应用

【摘要】：目前我国多数医学高校在临床本科、七年制教育阶段尚未设置肿瘤学专业课程,肿瘤学专业临床教学不仅承担专业知识体系传授的任务同时还要肩负临床思维、技能培养的职责。然而,传统教学方法在临床肿瘤学的教学效果常不理想。为了改善教学状况本教研室将Seminar教学法和案例教学法结合,引入临床肿瘤学教学实践中,构建新型教学模式在肿瘤学临床教学中的模型,发现该模型可有效激励学生学习的主动性,拓展肿瘤学基础和临床知识宽度,提高临床思维能力并激发创造性思维,从而提高临床肿瘤学的教学质量。
[Abstract]:At present, most medical colleges and universities in our country have not set up oncology major courses in the seven-year education stage. The clinical teaching of oncology majors not only undertakes the task of imparting the professional knowledge system, but also shoulders the clinical thinking. Responsibility for skills development. However, the teaching effect of traditional teaching method in clinical oncology is not ideal. In order to improve the teaching situation, the Seminar teaching method and the case teaching method were combined in the teaching practice of clinical oncology, and the new teaching model was constructed in the clinical teaching of oncology. It is found that this model can effectively stimulate students' initiative in learning, expand the foundation of oncology and the width of clinical knowledge, improve the ability of clinical thinking and stimulate creative thinking, thus improving the teaching quality of clinical oncology.
