理工科高等学校大学生社团可持续发展研究

【摘要】：大学生社团是广大青年学生学习生活的第二课堂。是提高大学生综合素质和能力的有效途径,也是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的重要阵地。大学生社团以其自发性、广泛性、一致性、社会性、创新性、多样性的特点把广大青年学生团结在一起,目的在于通过参加社团活动来激发他们的爱国主义思想和爱校情怀,弘扬集体主义精神,拓展大学生素质,树立正确的人生观、价值观。激励他们奋发向上,勇往直前的信心。随着我国高等教育事业的发展,大学生社团在培养人的成长成才方面发挥了越来越重要的作用,大学生社团发展建设也受到了高度重视。特别是进入新世纪以来的这十年,大学生社团取得了很大的成就,学生社团建设异彩纷呈,有了明确的指导思想,社团建设的途径得到了进一步拓展,同时,社团在发展中也暴露出一些问题和不足。大学生社团管理体制不完善,社团活动的内容质量不高,成员素质良莠不齐,基础设施欠缺等。因此,认清当前高等学校大学生社团在发展中存在的问题,探索学生社团发展的新方法,保持其健康可持续的发展,具有重要的现实意义。本文系统阐述了大学生社团的概念、特点和功能。通过调查研究,论述了大学生社团发展现状及存在的主要问题；从四个方面对大学生社团存在的主要问题原因进行分析,即大学生社团缺少理论指导、大学生社团缺少长期发展规划、大学生参加社团具有功利性、大学生的人文素养不高,缺少参与热情。通过对这些原因的分析,提出了解决大学生社团建设的有效途径：第一完善大学生社团管理体制；第二加强大学生社团的思想政治教育工作；第三加强对大学生社团骨干的培养;第四加强大学生社团的硬件设施建设四个方面实现大学生社团可持续发展。
[Abstract]:College student associations are the second classroom for young students to study and live. It is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of college students, and is also an important position for the ideological and political education of college students. Because of its spontaneity, extensiveness, consistency, sociality, innovation and diversity, college student associations unite young students in order to stimulate their patriotism and love for school by participating in community activities. Carry forward the spirit of collectivism, expand the quality of college students, set up a correct outlook on life and values. Inspire their confidence to move forward. With the development of higher education in our country, college students' associations play a more and more important role in cultivating people to grow and become talents, and the development and construction of college students' associations have also been attached great importance to. Especially in the decade since the beginning of the new century, the university students' associations have made great achievements, the construction of student associations has been colorful, with a clear guiding ideology, the way of community building has been further expanded, and at the same time, The society also exposed some problems and deficiencies in its development. The management system of college students' association is not perfect, the content of community activities is not high, the quality of members is mixed, and the infrastructure is lacking. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to recognize the problems existing in the development of college students' associations at present, to explore new methods for the development of student associations and to maintain their healthy and sustainable development. This paper systematically describes the concept, characteristics and functions of college students' associations. Through investigation and research, this paper discusses the current situation and main problems of the development of college students' associations. This paper analyzes the main problems of college students' associations from four aspects: the lack of theoretical guidance, the lack of long-term development planning, the utilitarian participation of college students, and the low humanistic literacy of college students. Lack of enthusiasm for participation. Through the analysis of these reasons, this paper puts forward the effective ways to solve the construction of college students' associations: first, to perfect the management system of college students' associations, secondly, to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students' associations; The third is to strengthen the cultivation of the backbone of the college students' associations, and the fourth is to strengthen the construction of the hardware facilities of the college students' associations in four aspects to realize the sustainable development of the college students' associations.
