民办高校教师专业权益保障研究

【摘要】：民办高校作为高等教育的一个重要组成部分受到越来越多的关注，同时在民办高校中存在的问题也逐渐显露出来。本文紧紧围绕民办高校教师专业权益无法得到充分保障的问题展开讨论。本文主要论述了民办高校教师的专业权益，通过调查问卷和专家访谈分析了当前我国民办高校教师在专业权益保障方面存在的问题。根据目前存在的问题，进行了深入的阐述与分析，并且论述了针对民办高校教师专业权益无法得到充分保障的解决对策。 本文共分五个部分，在文章的第一部分即绪论部分，介绍了论文的来源、文献综述、研究方法。文章的第一章界定了相关的概念，分析了当前我国法律中对民办高校教师专业权益的阐释。第二章，通过问卷调查和专家访谈揭示我国民办高校教师专业权益保障的情况。第三章分析了民办高校教师在专业权益保障过程中存在的问题及问题产生的原因。在第四章中，本文提出了问题的解决对策。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education, private colleges and universities are attracting more and more attention. This paper focuses on the problem that the professional rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities can not be fully guaranteed. This paper mainly discusses the professional rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities, and analyzes the problems existing in the protection of professional rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities in our country by means of questionnaires and expert interviews. According to the existing problems, this paper makes a deep exposition and analysis, and discusses the solution to the problem that the professional rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities can not be fully guaranteed. This paper is divided into five parts. In the first part, the introduction introduces the source of the paper, literature review, research methods. The first chapter defines the relevant concepts and analyzes the interpretation of the professional rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities in China. The second chapter, through questionnaire survey and expert interview, reveals the professional rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities in China. The third chapter analyzes the problems existing in the process of guaranteeing the professional rights and interests of teachers in private colleges and universities and the causes of the problems. In the fourth chapter, this paper puts forward the solution to the problem.
