我国大学生职业生涯教育探析

【摘要】:随着社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,我国高等教育己步入大众化阶段。自1999年高校实行扩招以来,大学生就业形势日益严峻。因此,如何做好新形势下的大学生职业生涯教育工作,引起了社会各界的普遍关注,成为我国高等教育面临的一项新任务、新课题。职业生涯教育所诠释的是以人为本的原则,以人的自由全面发展为终极目标的教育理念,对于大学生个人、学校、社会三者的发展都具有举足轻重的作用。如今,国外发达国家的大学生职业生涯教育经过多年的发展已形成了较为完整的理论和实践体系。然而,在我国出于社会历史原因,开展职业生涯教育的时间还相当短暂,职业生涯教育还处于初级阶段且存在许多不足。 本文在已有研究的基础上,从教育学、心理学、社会学等多学科的角度,以相关的理论为指导,运用文献法、比较法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对大学生职业生涯教育进行了比较深入系统的探讨:首先对职业生涯教育相关概念进行界定,搞清楚职业、职业生涯、职业生涯规划的含义,在界定职业生涯教育内涵的基础上提出大学生职业生涯教育的具体含义,即针对大学生自身的特点有计划进行的旨在实现大学生可持续职业发展的全方位的教育活动,为本文的研究奠定了理论基础;其次结合问卷调查的统计结果,从大学生个人及高校角度分别阐述我国大学生职业生涯教育的现状及存在的问题,找出我国职业生涯教育的基础薄弱,发展严重滞后,未引起足够重视,组织保证不够,职业生涯教育的社会环境缺失以及大学生忽视对自身职业素质的培养等导致这些问题的原因;在此基础上阐述国外大学生职业生涯教育的内容和特点及其借鉴,最后提出大学生职业生涯教育的总体构想。即在学生本位观、终生发展观、教育全程观的指导下建立以高校、家庭与社会的综合力量为保障的有利于实现大学生全面、自由、可持续发展的职业生涯教育。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of socialist market economy, China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization. Since 1999, the employment situation of college students has become more and more serious. Therefore, how to do a good job in the career education of college students under the new situation has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life, and has become a new task and a new subject for higher education in China. Career education interprets the principle of "people-oriented", with the ultimate goal of human freedom and all-round development, which plays an important role in the development of individual, school and society of college students. Nowadays, the career education of college students in developed countries has formed a relatively complete theoretical and practical system after years of development. However, due to social and historical reasons, the time of developing career education in China is quite short, and career education is still in the primary stage and there are many shortcomings. On the basis of the existing research, this paper, from the perspective of pedagogy, psychology, sociology and so on, is guided by relevant theories, using literature method, comparative method, questionnaire method and other research methods. This paper makes a deep and systematic discussion on the career education of college students. Firstly, it defines the related concepts of career education, and makes clear the meaning of career and career planning. On the basis of defining the connotation of career education, this paper puts forward the concrete meaning of college students' career education, that is, the all-round educational activities aimed at realizing the sustainable professional development of college students, which are carried out according to the characteristics of college students. It lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper. Secondly, combined with the statistical results of the questionnaire, from the perspective of college students and college students, the status quo and existing problems of career education of college students in China are expounded respectively, and the foundation of career education in China is weak and the development is seriously lagging behind. The causes of these problems are not enough attention, insufficient organizational guarantee, the lack of social environment of career education and the neglect of the cultivation of professional quality of college students. On this basis, the contents and characteristics of college students' career education abroad and its reference are expounded. Finally, the overall conception of college students' career education is put forward. That is, under the guidance of student-oriented view, life-long view of development, and view of the whole course of education, the professional career education, which is guaranteed by the comprehensive strength of university, family and society, is conducive to realizing the all-round, free and sustainable development of college students.
