基于学习环境理论的军校思想政治课教学行动研究

【摘要】:随着新军事变革深入丌展,培养信息化新型军事人才就成为我军面临的首要问题。针对这一严峻形势,我军院校不断调整人才培养模式,参考国外军事教育的先进经验,军事院校教育正逐步从学历教育转型为任职教育。全军十六次院校会议指出:任职教育要坚持教员为主导,学员为主体,积极转变教学模式,重视任务牵引,全面培养学员作战指挥能力、组织训练能力、管理教育能力、思想政治工作能力,突出自主学习意识和创新思维意识的培养。按照精讲、多练、互动的要求,创新教学方法,积极走丌模拟化、网络化学习训练的新路子。军校思想政治课是实现院校思想政治建设“保方向、出人才”根本任务的重要途径,是对学员进行思想政治教育的主渠道。思想政治课要实现任职教育转型目标,就要改变学员学习思想政治理论的兴趣不高,教学与实践相脱节,学员政治工作能力提升不明显等问题。充分利用信息技术特别是网络技术优势,从培养学员知识到培养学员能力,优化学员学习环境。 本文就是结合乔纳森提出的建构主义学习环境模型(CLEs模型),经过前期深入的调查研究,以任务/问题为核心,运用各种信息技术特别是网络技术,通过三轮行动研究,总结军校思想政治课学习环境,丰富了军校思想政治课教学效果研究成果,对军校任职教育改革有很强的借鉴意义。创新内容包括:(1)结合乔纳森CLEs模型理论,提出军校思想政治课学习环境;(2)利用Moodle开发符合任职教育需求的思想政治网络学习平台;(3)在网络平台中设计“知识闯关”等丰富的在线活动;(4)通过行动研究提出军校思想政治课学习环境有效的实践方法。论文分为以下六章: 第一章:研究概况。本章首先阐述研究背景,结合军校思想政治课堂教学中反思,确定研究情境、研究目标以及研究意义。查阅文献,了解相关课题的研究现状,进而提出研究的具体方法,制定可行的研究路线。 第二章:理论基础。首先对本课题涉及的概念进行解读;然后从组成要素、理论源泉两个方面对乔纳森提出的建构主义学习环境模型进行详细阐释;在此基础上阐明乔纳森CLEs模型对军校任职教育的启示,为本课题打下坚实的理论基础。 第三章:教学现状分析。通过与授课教员访谈了解教员专业发展和信息技术运用现状。组织学员问卷调查,了解学员学习态度和信息素养情况。对思想政治课所涉及的学习资源进行调查,充分掌握军校思想政治课教学现状。 第四章:行动研究设计。在乔纳森CLEs模型基础上提出军校思想政治课学习环境的初步设想;利用Moodle软件搭建符合乔纳森CLEs模型的思想政治网络学习环境;制定行动研究实施计划。 第五章:行动研究实施。结合《军人思想道德与法律基础》课,主要运用课堂观察法、结合访谈法,进行三轮研究,不断总结完善军校思想政治课学习环境,丰富学习平台功能。最后从学员学习态度、环境认可度等多个维度对学习环境进行检验。 第六章:总结和展望。对课题结论进行总结,提出研究的创新点,总结不足并指出进一步研究的方向。
