高校教师评价机制行政化的成因分析:一种路径依赖

【摘要】：科学合理的教师评价机制有助于实现高校人力资源的优化配置。当前我国高校教师评价中存在着较明显的行政化倾向,路径依赖理论可以对此作出解释。高校教师评价机制行政化的成因从本质上讲是一种路径依赖,主要表现在评价组织、评价内容和评价方式等方面。尽管从路径依赖的原理来看,短时间内完全更新原有的制度是不切实际的,但可以在适当的范围和合理的力度之内,尝试对高校教师评价机制行政化的倾向进行校正。
[Abstract]:Scientific and reasonable teacher evaluation mechanism is helpful to realize the optimal allocation of human resources in colleges and universities. At present, there is an obvious administrative tendency in the evaluation of college teachers in China, which can be explained by the theory of path dependence. In essence, the reason of the administrative evaluation mechanism of university teachers is a kind of path dependence, which is mainly manifested in the evaluation organization, evaluation content and evaluation method, and so on. Although it is impractical to completely update the original system in a short time from the principle of path dependence, we can try to correct the administrative tendency of the evaluation mechanism of university teachers within the appropriate scope and reasonable strength.
