当代中俄高等教育交流研究

【摘要】：中俄两国在政治、经济、文化领域自古便有接触与交流,双方始终是一个互动的交往过程。但由于种种原因,对中俄教育交流研究的专著并不多见,这与当今中俄关系的良性发展有些不相称。其中,当代中俄高等教育交流作为中俄教育交流的重要组成部分,亦是中国对外教育交流史的一项重要内容。研究当代中俄高等教育交流,对于丰富完善中俄教育交流史以及未来中俄两国教育改革和双方教育的长远发展,势必有着重要的意义,进而必将对中俄国家关系产生举足轻重的影响。正因如此,笔者将对当代中俄高等教育交流的专项研究作为自己的学位论文选题。本文力图根据历史唯物主义原则对当代中俄高等教育交流作历史考察,阐述当代中俄高等教育交流的历史背景,进而追溯当代中俄高等教育交流的演进历程,并深入探讨国际形势巨变之下,当代中俄高等教育交流发展的不同阶段交流内容所发生的深刻变化,以及总结当代中俄高等教育交流呈现出频繁化、丰富化、多元化、多样化的发展特点。在研讨当代中俄高等教育交流的过程中,笔者同时发现这种双方互动交流也同时存在着一些问题,诸如留学生源语言培训不畅、地区色彩较为浓厚、高校教育合作规模有限、留学安全存在隐患等。本文在论述的过程中力图吸取其中的经验教训,从而为中俄双方教育交流的长远发展提供更好的借鉴与启示。
[Abstract]:China and Russia have had contacts and exchanges in the political, economic and cultural fields since ancient times. However, due to various reasons, there are few monographs on educational exchanges between China and Russia, which is out of proportion with the healthy development of Sino-Russian relations. Among them, the contemporary higher education exchange between China and Russia is an important part of the educational exchange between China and Russia, and also an important content of the history of China's foreign education exchange. The study of contemporary Sino-Russian higher education exchanges is bound to be of great significance for enriching and perfecting the history of Sino-Russian educational exchange, as well as for the future educational reform and long-term development of both China and Russia. In turn, it will exert an important influence on the relations between China and Russia. For this reason, the author chooses the special research on the exchange of higher education in contemporary China and Russia as his thesis topic. According to the principle of historical materialism, this paper tries to make a historical investigation on the exchange of higher education between China and Russia, expounds the historical background of the exchange of higher education between China and Russia, and then traces the evolution of the exchange of higher education between China and Russia. It also discusses in depth the profound changes that have taken place in the different stages of the exchange of higher education between China and Russia under the great changes in the international situation, and summarizes that the exchanges of higher education between China and Russia have become frequent, enriched and diversified. In the course of studying the exchange of higher education between China and Russia, the author also finds that there are also some problems in this kind of interaction, such as the difficulty of foreign students' source language training, the strong regional color, and the limited scale of educational cooperation in colleges and universities. There are hidden dangers in the safety of studying abroad. This paper tries to draw on the experience and lessons in the process of discussion, thus providing better reference and inspiration for the long-term development of the educational exchange between China and Russia.
