基于演化博弈的高校教学团队知识共享机制及合作行为研究

【摘要】:高等院校建设教学团队是提高院校教学质量和科研水平的一个重要途径。知识经济的时代,团队的知识储备和知识水平决定着团队的知识创造能力,也决定了一个团队的未来发展。高校教学团队是一个知识密集型的组织,团队成员合作的基础为知识和教学劳动,如何实现教育教学和创新研究两方面的成员合作协同效应,是每个团队需要解决的主要问题。 高校教学团队是以知识共享为基础的团队,本文兼顾高校教学团队教学和科研双重身份的特点,主要以团队成员知识共享和创新为背景,提出影响团队成员合作行为的因素:成员知识储备,知识分享度,知识吸收能力,,学缘结构和激励措施等,对影响教学团队合作和知识共享的因素进行分析、分类。结合各因素对成员收益的影响分析,选取影响个体策略选择的经济性因素,构建教学团队成员合作行为的演化博弈模型,结合演化博弈的结果,根据复制动态演化稳定的结果取决于具有极大偶然性的初始状态的特性,分析有限理性下各因素对团队成员合作行为的影响趋势。运用数值模拟的方法分析各因素在一定的取值范围内变化时个体策略选择,就模拟分析结果为教学团队的建设提出合理建议。 本文通过理论分析、演化博弈分析和模拟验证,然后从组织角度构建多方对称性演化博弈模型,分析某一成员选定策略下对其他成员决策策略选择的影响,为构建公平、信任、合作的团队文化氛围提供理论依据,尝试为建设优秀教学团队运行模式提出建议。针对高校教学团队组建和发展过程中存在的问题,从组织建设、团队文化、激励机制三个方面提出了促进团队成员知识共享的策略。
[Abstract]:The construction of teaching team is an important way to improve teaching quality and scientific research level in colleges and universities. In the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge reserve and knowledge level of the team determines the knowledge creation ability of the team and the future development of a team. College teaching team is a knowledge-intensive organization. The basis of team members' cooperation is knowledge and teaching labor. How to realize the synergetic effect between education and teaching and innovation research is the main problem that every team needs to solve. College teaching team is a team based on knowledge sharing. This paper takes into account the characteristics of dual identity of teaching team and scientific research in colleges and universities, and mainly takes the knowledge sharing and innovation of team members as the background. The factors influencing team members' cooperative behavior are put forward, such as member knowledge reserve, knowledge sharing degree, knowledge absorption ability, learning edge structure and incentive measures, and the factors influencing teaching team cooperation and knowledge sharing are analyzed and classified. Based on the analysis of the influence of various factors on the members' income and the economic factors that affect the individual strategy selection, the evolutionary game model of the cooperative behavior of the teaching team members is constructed, and the result of the evolutionary game is combined with the result of the evolutionary game. According to the fact that the stability of replication dynamic evolution depends on the characteristics of initial state with great fortuitousness, this paper analyzes the influence of various factors on the cooperative behavior of team members under finite rationality. The method of numerical simulation is used to analyze the individual strategy selection when each factor changes within a certain value range, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward on the result of simulation analysis for the construction of teaching team. In this paper, through theoretical analysis, evolutionary game analysis and simulation verification, we construct a multi-party symmetry evolutionary game model from the perspective of organization, and analyze the influence of one member's selection strategy on other members' decision-making strategy, in order to build fairness and trust. The cooperative team culture atmosphere provides the theoretical basis and attempts to provide suggestions for the construction of excellent teaching team operation model. Aiming at the problems existing in the course of the establishment and development of teaching teams in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the knowledge sharing of team members from the aspects of organization construction, team culture and incentive mechanism.
