独立学院思想政治教育精细化工作研究

【摘要】：本研究的目的是按照福建省委提出的大学生思想政治教育精细化要求,从落实科学发展观,培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的战略高度,充分认识坚持和推进大学生思想政治教育精细化的重要性,围绕培养什么样的人、怎么培养人的主题,对大学生思想政治教育做精、做细、做实,借鉴企业精细化管理的优秀成果,克服传统思想政治教育粗放型、笼统型、经验型工作的弊端,突破传统思想政治教育长期以来面临的管理低效的尴尬局面,切实提高高校思想政治教育的实效性和针对性。 本研究采用的研究方法是问卷调查、访谈、查阅资料,综合分析。通过对独立学院思想政治教育精细化工作体系的研究,针对独立学院学生的特性,提出了独立学院学生思想素质能力认证体系的建构,为学生的精细把握建立了工作前提；在思想政治教育精细化工作中完善教育者队伍,细化辅导员队伍的思想政治教育职能,发挥专业教师队伍、校园行政管理人员的思想政治教育作用,注重学生干部队伍建设,加强学生组织工作的精细覆盖；强化思想政治教育精细化工作过程,注重工作的规范化和数据化发展要求。 这些措施充分集中全员力量,在校园内部形成一个宏观层面的思想政治教育工作格局,在探索独立学院思想政治教育精细化工作的进一步深入发展上有一定的理论意义和实际意义。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to carry out the scientific concept of development and train qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialist cause in accordance with the fine requirements of ideological and political education for college students put forward by Fujian Provincial CPC Committee. Fully understand the importance of adhering to and promoting the refinement of college students' ideological and political education, around what kind of people to train, how to train people, to improve, refine and do reality to college students' ideological and political education. Draw lessons from the excellent achievements of fine management of enterprises, overcome the disadvantages of extensive, general and empirical work of traditional ideological and political education, and break through the awkward situation of inefficient management faced by traditional ideological and political education for a long time. Effectively improve the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The research methods used in this study are questionnaire survey, interview, consulting data and comprehensive analysis. Through the study of the fine working system of ideological and political education in independent colleges, according to the characteristics of students in independent colleges, this paper puts forward the construction of the certification system of students' ideological quality ability in independent colleges, and establishes the working premise for students' fine grasp. In the fine work of ideological and political education, we should perfect the contingent of educators, refine the functions of ideological and political education of counselors, give full play to the role of ideological and political education of professional teachers and campus administrative personnel, and pay attention to the construction of the contingent of student cadres. Strengthen the fine coverage of students' organizational work; Strengthen the fine working process of ideological and political education, pay attention to the standardization of work and data development requirements. These measures fully concentrate the strength of the whole staff and form a macro-level pattern of ideological and political education within the campus. It has certain theoretical and practical significance in exploring the further development of ideological and political education in independent colleges.
