【摘要】:培训中心成立于2002年10月,是由原邮电学校改制而成的,自从成立以来,培训中心秉承“客户至上,用心服务”的服务理念,凭借不断积累的专业培训经验,利用配套齐全的培训设施、规范的培训管理和高素质的师资队伍,为通信运营商及其它政企客户提供各类在岗员工培训及培训管理服务。随着中心的近10年的发展,中心在收入、利润、客户数量等方面取得了不小的成绩。但随着竞争的加剧,培训中心在资源上、成本支出方面不占任何优势,培训中心如何能摆脱目前的困境,本文从培训中心的集团客户业务市场的发展战略角度对培训中心进行了认真的分析和研究,从而探索培训中心的业务发展之路。 本文运用了PEST分析工具、波特的竞争五力模型、SWOT分析技术等对培训中心进行战略分析,结果表明培训中心的发展,其内部优势和劣势同在,其外部环境机会和威胁共存,各种内外部关键因素的组合也是复杂的。为了能在激烈的市场竞争中健康发展,培训中心应将集团客户业务作为发展重点,,规模发展,以盈利能力为导向,优化业务结构,并树立培训中心的品牌效应,建立自己的竞争优势。在发展战略应选择差异化战略,在确保收入基本面的基础上,坚持合作办学,提高盈利能力,走特色发展的道路。培训中心在战略实施中要解决的主要问题是:如何保存量、拓收入,如何拓展木本业务、提高盈利能力。 最后,研究分析认为培训中心应在突出差异化,聚焦重点客户;以重点业务为基础、实现各业务协调均衡发展;科学优化硬件资源;支撑保障体系建设;优化人力资源等方面突出自己的优势,扬长避短,来提高培训中心的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:The training center was founded in October 2002, is a former post school reformed, since the establishment of the training center, adhering to the "customer first, service" service concept, with the accumulated experience of professional training, the complete training facilities, standardized training management and high-quality teachers, provide all kinds of staff training and management services for telecom operators and other enterprise customers. As the center of the nearly 10 years of development, in the center of income, profits, in terms of the number of customers has made no small achievements. But with the competition, training center in resources, cost no advantage, how can the training center get rid of the dilemma, the view of development strategy from the training center of the group business market of a careful analysis and Research on the training center, so as to explore the industry training center The road to development.
This paper uses the PEST analysis tool, the competition Potter's five forces model, strategic analysis of the training center of SWOT analysis technology. The results show that the development of the training center, its internal strengths and weaknesses with the external opportunities and threats, a combination of various internal and external key factors are complex. In order to develop healthily in the fierce market competition, training center should be group business as the focus of development, scale development, profitability oriented, optimize business structure, and establish a brand training center, establish their own competitive advantage. The development strategy should choose differentiation strategy, in order to ensure the income based on the fundamentals, adhere to cooperative education to improve profitability, take the characteristic development. To solve the main problems in the implementation of the strategy training center is: how to save the amount of extension of income, how to expand the business of woody,. High profitability.
Finally, it is analysed that the training center should highlight the differences, focusing on key customers; to focus on business as the foundation, to realize the balanced development of science and business coordination; optimization of hardware resources; support system construction; highlight the advantages of their own optimization of human resources, weaknesses, to improve the core competitiveness of the training center.
