论成人教育教师的特点及其成长

【摘要】：“成人教育教师”是一个动态的群体,所有能够为个体的终身学习需要提供满足和服务的人都可能成为某种层面、某种形式和某种意义上的成人教育教师,它既有一般教师的特点,又有与一般教师尤其是传统学校的基础教育教师所不同的特点,表现在它具有职业的复杂性、创造性、互动性和发展性,所以,一方面,我们应当在教师的管理中充分体现以人为本的价值理念,为成人教育教师的成长提供宽松的条件和良好的环境;另一方面,成人教育教师自己也应当积极主动地建立终身学习和持续成长、互动交往和创造再生、自我更新和理论提升、言传身教和全面育人等观念,拓展自我,并且以自我的发展作为表率,为人的终身学习和终身发展树立榜样。
[Abstract]:The "adult education teacher" is a dynamic group, and all those who can meet and serve the lifelong learning needs of the individual can become teachers of adult education at some level, in some form and in a certain sense. It not only has the characteristics of general teachers, but also has different characteristics from those of teachers in general and basic education teachers in traditional schools. It is manifested in the complexity, creativity, interaction and development of the profession, so, on the one hand, We should fully reflect the people-oriented value concept in the management of teachers, and provide loose conditions and good environment for the growth of adult education teachers; on the other hand, Adult education teachers themselves should actively establish the concepts of lifelong learning and continuous growth, interactive communication and creation and regeneration, self-renewal and theoretical upgrading, personal education and all-round education, and expand themselves. And take self-development as an example to set an example for human lifelong learning and lifelong development.
