推动学习型社会形成的科技动力机制研究

【摘要】: 20世纪九十年代,在世界各国掀起了一股创建学习型社会的浪潮,先是美国,后来是日本、新加坡等国家纷纷宣布进行学习型社会建设。我国在十六大报告关于建设小康社会的目标中,提出“形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展。”的目标。如今在中华大地上,学习型城市(如北京、常州等),学习型企业(如海尔、联想等),学习型政府等各类学习型组织的创建方兴未艾。 学习型社会是人类社会管理理念和社会形态的进步与发展,是人类社会发展的必然趋势,如何认识、对待和创建学习型社会便成了人类面临的一个重大课题。本文从科技发展对人类社会所造成的影响角度出发,采用社会学方法剖析了科技发展推动学习型社会形成的动力机制,然后通过建立科技动力机制模型,进一步形象化地分析了科技对学习型社会推动作用机制,,最后,从科技动力机制的角度指出了人类应该怎样认识和创建学习型社会。通过分析,为人们理解学习型社会的形成、意义提供一个科学的视角,并为创建学习型社会提供一定的理论指导。 全文共分四个部分。论文的第一部分论述了学习型社会的相关概念,理论发展状况并指出学习型社会对人类发展的意义。学习型社会是建立在不同于以往的“学习”理念的基础上,终身教育和学习型组织是学习型社会的基础,学习型社会对人类社会的意义是,它是人类社会管理理念和社会形态的进步与发展;论文的第二部分应用社会学方法论述了科学技术是如何具体影响并推动社会转变为学习型社会的,科技创新使人类社会进入知识社会,知识经济成为社会的主要经济形态,知识的生产、分配和使用成为人们主要的生产方式及生活方式,由于科技知识的快速增加和知识经济的不断发展,要求社会必须改变传统的教育和学习理念,终身教育、终身学习成为社会发展的必然。科技的推动,终身教育、终身学习的发展使学习型组织的出现成为必然;论文的第三部分建构学习力模型和科技动力模型,学习型社会可以抽象为社会创新体系,终身教育体系和社会运行体系,这三个体系构成社会的学习力,科技通过对学习力的作用推动学习型社会的形成;论文的第四部分在模型分析的基础上,分析了推动学习型社会形成的科技动力机制对人类发展的启示,指出学习型社会是科技发展的必然结果,人类应该重视科技和教育,在创建学习型社会时要注意科技发展和社会发展的同步,使人类走上科技与社会协调发展的道路。 本文的结论是学习型社会的形成是科技推动的必然结果,在创建学习型社会时,要从科技和教育角度出发,培育社会的学习力,并协调科技发展与社会发展的关系,使学习型社会走向持续、健康的发展之路。
[Abstract]:In 1990s, there was a wave of creating a learning-oriented society around the world, first in the United States, then in Japan. Singapore and other countries have announced the construction of a learning-oriented society. In the report of the 16th National Congress on the goal of building a well-off society, China has proposed "forming a learning-type society of learning for all and lifelong learning." The goal of promoting the all-round development of human beings. Nowadays, in the land of China, the establishment of learning-oriented cities (such as Beijing, Changzhou, etc.), learning enterprises (such as Haier, Lenovo, etc., learning government, etc.) is in the ascendant. Learning society is the progress and development of human social management concept and social formation, is the inevitable trend of human social development, how to understand, To treat and create a learning society has become a major issue facing mankind. From the point of view of the impact of the development of science and technology on human society, this paper analyzes the motive mechanism of the development of science and technology to promote the formation of learning society by using the sociological method. Then, by establishing the dynamic mechanism model of science and technology, the author further analyzes the mechanism of science and technology promoting the learning society in a visual way. Finally, From the point of view of the motive mechanism of science and technology, this paper points out how human beings should recognize and create a learning society. Through analysis, it provides a scientific angle of view for people to understand the formation and significance of learning society. It also provides some theoretical guidance for the establishment of a learning society. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the thesis discusses the related concepts of learning society. The development of theory and the significance of learning society to human development are pointed out. Learning society is based on the concept of "learning", and lifelong education and learning organization are the basis of learning society. The significance of learning society to human society is that it is the progress and development of human social management concept and social formation. In the second part of the thesis, the author discusses how science and technology affect and promote the transformation of society into a learning society by means of sociology. The innovation of science and technology makes the human society enter into the knowledge society, and the knowledge economy becomes the main economic form of the society. The production, distribution and use of knowledge have become the main mode of production and life of people. Due to the rapid increase of scientific and technological knowledge and the continuous development of knowledge economy, the society must change the traditional education and learning concept, lifelong education, Lifelong learning has become the necessity of social development. The promotion of science and technology, the development of lifelong education and lifelong learning make the emergence of learning-oriented organizations inevitable; the third part of the paper constructs the model of learning ability and the dynamic model of science and technology. Learning society can be abstracted as social innovation system, lifelong education system and social operation system. These three systems constitute social learning ability, and science and technology promote the formation of learning society through the function of learning ability. On the basis of the model analysis, the 4th part of the paper analyzes the inspiration of the science and technology motive mechanism to the development of human being, and points out that the learning society is the inevitable result of the development of science and technology, and human should pay attention to science and technology and education. Attention should be paid to the synchronization between the development of science and technology and the development of society in order to make human beings embark on the road of harmonious development of science and technology and society. The conclusion of this paper is that the formation of a learning society is an inevitable result of the promotion of science and technology. When building a learning society, we should cultivate the learning ability of the society from the angle of science, technology and education, and coordinate the relationship between the development of science and technology and the development of society. To make the learning society towards a sustainable and healthy development road.
