电大教学模式创新的必要性

【摘要】：目前成人高等教育正面临着教学目标、教学内容和教学手段等全方位的深刻变革,而探讨一种与之相适应的新的教学模式,不仅是远程教育教学过程需要,更是适应知识经济时代成人高等教育自身发展的需要。笔者认为,为了充分体现现代远程教育先进的教学理念、教学手段,应重新构建三个体系:一是师资培训体系,二是教学管理体系,三是质量评估体系,这样才能突破传统教育灌输和传播的模式,创建以提高学生自主学习能力为主的教学模式。
[Abstract]:At present, adult higher education is faced with profound changes in teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods. Therefore, it is not only the need of distance education teaching process to explore a new teaching mode, but also the need of distance education teaching process. In order to fully reflect the advanced teaching concept and teaching means of modern distance education, three systems should be re-constructed: first, teacher training system. The second is the teaching management system, and the third is the quality evaluation system, so as to break through the traditional mode of education instilling and spreading, and to create a teaching model which is based on improving students' autonomous learning ability.
