云南少数民族地区教育结构配置与社会经济发展

【摘要】：根据云南省少数民族地区经济发展水平千差万别,对主流文化的认同程度不一,地区教育资源较为匮乏,地区社会经济发展所需的人力资本严重不足等特点,从民族文化和地区发展的多元性出发,研究教育结构、教育资源配置和地方型人力资本投资与地方社会经济发展之间的关系。并以平等发展的角度,提出云南省少数民族地区的教育改革重心是提高少数民族学生的受教育机会和大量增加地区发展所需特殊人力资本的存量,力图为云南省少数民族地区社会经济的发展而构建协调的教育结构。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of Yunnan ethnic minority areas, such as the different levels of economic development, the different levels of recognition of mainstream culture, the relatively scarce educational resources in the regions, and the serious shortage of human capital for the social and economic development of the regions, Based on the diversity of national culture and regional development, this paper studies the relationship between the educational structure, the allocation of educational resources, the investment of local human capital and the development of local society and economy, and from the angle of equal development, It is pointed out that the focus of education reform in minority areas of Yunnan Province is to improve the educational opportunities of minority students and to increase the stock of special human capital needed for regional development. This paper tries to construct a harmonious educational structure for the social and economic development of minority areas in Yunnan Province.
