定位及角色:试点高校现代远程教育的一个核心问题

【摘要】：本文对试点高校的现代远程教育在国民教育体系之中、网络学院在试点高校与教育培训市场之间的定位及角色进行了分析,认为试点高校的现代远程教育不应拘于学历教育,而应从国家人才培养的总体战略目标出发,更多地服务于非学历的培训教育与各类学习型组织的建设,更自觉地参与我国终身学习体系与学习型社会的建构,而网络学院在这个过程中则是一个“身份特殊的中间商”。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the orientation and role of the modern distance education in the national education system and the network college between the pilot university and the education and training market, and concludes that the modern distance education in the pilot university should not be restricted to the education of academic qualifications. From the overall strategic goal of national talent training, we should more serve the non-academic training education and the construction of all kinds of learning organizations, and participate more consciously in the construction of lifelong learning system and learning society in our country. And the network institute is in this process is a "special identity intermediary."
