论师范类成人高校学生思想政治工作

【摘要】：成人高校学生是社会各行业的中坚力量,是未成年人学习模仿的对象,特别是师范类成人高校更应把学生思想政治和德育工作放在首位。本文从分析成人高校学生的特点入手,提出加强班主任队伍建设、培养良好的班集体、建立健全符合成人大学生特点的管理制度体系、切实做好后勤管理工作、思想政治工作要做到"三贴近"等建议,并特别强调要加强职业道德教育,对如何做好成人高校学生的思想政治和德育工作有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Adult college students are the backbone of every profession of the society and the object of minors' learning and imitation, especially the normal adult colleges and universities should put students' ideological and political work and moral education in the first place. This paper begins with the analysis of the characteristics of adult college students. Some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the construction of class teachers, cultivating a good class collective, establishing and perfecting the management system that conforms to the characteristics of adult college students, doing a good job of logistics management, and ideological and political work should achieve "three closeness". It also emphasizes that we should strengthen the education of professional ethics, which can be used for reference in the ideological and political work and moral education of adult college students.
