[Abstract]:Learning society is a widely accepted concept. People have taken some practical measures to build a learning society.Among them, the more prominent development, that is, put forward the "learning community", "learning city", as well as "learning area" and other extended concepts.The concept of learning city mainly originated from developed countries.
