关于非公有制经济人士教育培训工作的思考

【摘要】：开展非公有制经济代表人士及其后备队伍的教育培训工作,要准确把握非公有制经济代表人士及其后备队伍的特点,以其存在的突出问题为切入点,以服务于和谐社会的构建为落脚点,以加大力度和提高效率为教育培训工作的着力点。统战部、工商联及社会主义学院要三方联动,针对非公有制经济实际,确定培训内容、培训方式和师资配置,做到培训前有规划、培训后与政治安排相挂钩,从而更好地为非公有制经济健康发展服务。
[Abstract]:To carry out the education and training work of the representatives of the non-public economy and their reserve forces, we should accurately grasp the characteristics of the representatives of the non-public economy and their reserve forces, and take their outstanding problems as the starting point.To serve the construction of a harmonious society as the foothold, to increase efforts and improve efficiency as the focus of education and training.The Ministry of United Front work, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Socialist Institute should conduct a tripartite joint operation to determine the contents, methods and allocation of teachers in view of the reality of the non-public sector of the economy, so that there is a plan before and after the training is linked to political arrangements.In order to better serve the healthy development of the non-public economy.
