新形势下继续教育方式方法的思考

【摘要】：总装备部继续教育中心(以下简称“中心”)成立至今经过了近二十年的继续教育办学实践,积累了诸多卓有成效的继续教育办学形式和办学经验,为总装和全军部队培养了大批的急需的高素质的人才,形成了独特鲜明的办学特色,同时也提高了中心的声誉,扩大了中心在继续教育领域的影响力。但为了确保中心快速跨越式发展,充分发挥中心在继续教育领域的“领头雁”作用,中心还需要继续发展和完善。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the continuing Education Center of the General Armament Department (hereinafter referred to as "the Center"), after nearly 20 years of continuing education practice, it has accumulated many fruitful forms and experiences of continuing education. It has trained a large number of badly needed high-quality talents for the general assembly and the whole army, formed the unique and distinct characteristics of running a school, at the same time enhanced the reputation of the center and expanded its influence in the field of continuing education. However, in order to ensure the rapid development of the center and give full play to its "leading goose" role in the field of continuing education, the center still needs to continue to develop and improve.
