行业企业举办职业教育的现状与对策研究

【摘要】：行业企业举办职业教育面临着经济、科技和社会发展变革的严峻挑战,尤其是受到国家经济体制、政治体制、教育管理体制改革进程加快的直接影响,传统的行业企业举办职业教育的管理模式与方法已不适应新形势要求,2002年8月国务院颁布的《关于大力推进职业教育改革与发展的决定》提出,依靠企业、充分发挥行业在发展职业教育和培训中的作用。行业企业举办职业教育是职业教育发展的重要组成部分,但是,影响行业企业举办职业教育的因素众多,而且,多不是教育内部的问题。本文试图对行业企业举办职业教育的理论依据、现状分析、国际比较及主要对策做初步探讨。本文共分为五章,所取得的主要研究成果是: 1、在界定行业企业举办职业教育的相关概念内涵的基础上,论述了行业企业举办职业教育的特点和意义;阐明了其马克思主义教育与生产劳动相结合、人力资本投资以及工业化过程不同阶段对职业教育需求的理论基础。 2、客观分析了我国行业企业举办职业教育的现状,揭示了当前存在的主要问题及原因;分析了国外行业企业在职业教育发展中的主体作用和成功经验。 3、提出了行业企业举办职业教育相应的主要对策性建议。本论文目前只停留在宏观层次和描述性的分析上,还需要做进一步的深入研究。
[Abstract]:Enterprises in the field of vocational education are facing severe challenges of economic, technological and social development and transformation, especially under the direct influence of the acceleration of the reform process of the national economic system, political system and educational management system. The traditional management mode and method of vocational education held by enterprises in the industry have not met the requirements of the new situation. In August 2002, the State Council issued a decision on vigorously promoting the Reform and Development of Vocational Education, which was put forward to rely on enterprises. Give full play to the role of the industry in the development of vocational education and training. Vocational education is an important part of the development of vocational education. However, there are many factors that affect the development of vocational education, and most of them are not the internal problems of education. This paper attempts to make a preliminary discussion on the theoretical basis, current situation analysis, international comparison and main countermeasures of vocational education organized by industry enterprises. This paper is divided into five chapters, and the main research results are as follows: 1. On the basis of defining the connotation of vocational education, this paper discusses the characteristics and significance of vocational education, expounds the combination of Marxist education and productive labor. The theoretical basis of human capital investment and the demand for vocational education in different stages of industrialization. 2. This paper objectively analyzes the present situation of vocational education held by Chinese enterprises, reveals the main problems and causes, and analyzes the main role and successful experience of foreign enterprises in the development of vocational education. 3, put forward the corresponding main countermeasure suggestion of the industry enterprise to organize the vocational education. At present, this thesis only focuses on macro-level and descriptive analysis, and needs further research.
