构建我国农民终身教育体系研究

【摘要】: 终身教育是当代社会进步和教育自身发展的共同趋势。在目前传统农业向现代农业转变的过程中,对农民终身教育的研究是社会主义新农村建设的需要,将促进“科学发展观”在农村的全面落实,加快全面建设小康社会的步伐,推进农村现代化进程。本文主要采用文献法、比较法和归纳法,首先从理论的角度介绍了终身教育思想及构建我国农民终身教育体系的理论渊源,并结合我国的具体实际,着重探讨了我国农民终身教育体系的内容及构建难点,针对我国农民教育的现状及问题,对今后构建我国农民终身教育体系提出了几点具体的对策和建议。 全文共分五个部分: 第一部分:导言。首先介绍了本研究的目的和意义以及国内外研究动态,其次介绍了本研究的主要内容、思路和方法,指出农民终身教育的实施是社会发展和个人完善的必然选择,,农民的终身教育问题逐渐引起人们的关注。 第二部分:构建我国农民终身教育体系的理论依据。首先从理论的角度分析了相关理论人力资本理论、成人教育理论、终身教育思想,对终身教育的产生、发展进行了简要的历史回顾;其次对终身教育的内涵、目的、特征作了阐述,为第二、三部分内容的探讨做出了铺垫。 第三部分:构建我国农民终身教育体系的必要性。从我国国情出发,审视我国农民教育的现状,归纳总结出主要存在的问题,提出构建我国农民终身教育体系的现实意义。 第四部分:我国农民终身教育体系的内容及构建难点。从显性教育、隐性教育入手,描述了我国农民终身教育体系的具体内容,并在思想观念、资金投入、教育资源、评价体系等方面分析了我国农民终身教育体系的构建难点。 第五部分:构建我国农民终身教育体系的对策建议。针对构建难点提出构建农民终身教育体系的具体对策,为进一步完善我国农民终身教育体系进行了初步的探讨。
[Abstract]:Lifelong education is the common trend of contemporary social progress and development of education itself. In the process of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the study of farmers' lifelong education is the need of the construction of new socialist countryside, which will promote the comprehensive implementation of "scientific development view" in rural areas and speed up the pace of building a well-off society in an all-round way. We will promote the modernization process in rural areas. This article mainly uses the literature method, the comparison method and the induction method, first from the theory angle introduced the life-long education thought and the construction our country farmer lifelong education system theory origin, and unifies our country concrete reality, This paper probes into the contents and difficulties of the lifelong education system for farmers in China, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the lifelong education system for farmers in the future in view of the present situation and problems of the education of farmers in China. The full text is divided into five parts: Part I: introduction First of all, it introduces the purpose and significance of this study and the research trends at home and abroad, then introduces the main contents, ideas and methods of this study, and points out that the implementation of lifelong education for farmers is an inevitable choice for social development and personal perfection. The farmer's lifelong education question gradually causes the people's attention. The second part: the theoretical basis of constructing the farmers' lifelong education system in our country. First of all, it analyzes the related theories of human capital theory, adult education theory, life-long education thought, and makes a brief historical review of the emergence and development of life-long education, secondly, the connotation and purpose of life-long education. The characteristics are expounded, which pave the way for the discussion of the second and third parts. The third part: the necessity of constructing life-long education system for farmers in China. Based on the national conditions of our country, this paper examines the present situation of peasant education in China, sums up the main problems, and puts forward the practical significance of constructing the life-long education system for farmers in our country. The fourth part: the content and construction difficulty of our country farmer lifelong education system. Starting with explicit education and implicit education, this paper describes the concrete contents of the life-long education system for farmers in China, and analyzes the difficulties in constructing the life-long education system of farmers in China in the aspects of ideology, capital input, educational resources, evaluation system, and so on. The fifth part: the countermeasures and suggestions to construct the farmers' lifelong education system in our country. Aiming at the difficulties of construction, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures to construct the farmer lifelong education system, and probes into the further perfection of the peasant lifelong education system in our country.
