继续教育机构财务管理对财务绩效影响研究

【摘要】：本文对继续教育机构本位财务管理与继续教育机构财务绩效的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:继续教育机构本位财务管理的经费使用的自主性、经费编列的参与性、经费使用的弹性化、经费使用的效率与继续教育机构财务绩效的提升皆呈中度以上相关。同时还发现,经费使用的效率、经费使用的自主性能有效预测继续教育机构财务绩效,表明继续教育在实行本为财务管理的过程中,经费使用的效率及自主性越高,对继续教育机构财务绩效将越有正面的影响。继续教育机构应回归本位财务管理精神,放宽继续教育机构自行控管经费限制,促进继续教育机构经费使用弹性及效率,进而提升继续教育机构财务绩效水平。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the relationship between the financial management of the continuing education institution and the financial performance of the continuing education institution . The results show that the efficiency and the autonomy of the financial performance of the continuing education institution are moderately related to the improvement of the financial performance of the continuing education institution .
