成人高校教学管理效能研究

【摘要】：本文从成人教育的现状出发,以成人教育、开放教育和管理学等理论为指导,分析了当前成人高校教学中在课堂教学、教育技术应用、课程设置等方面存在的管理效能低下的问题,指出了影响成人高校教学管理效能的主要因素,包括管理理念、教学设计、教学手段、队伍素养等,论述了其与教学管理效能的相互关系,并探索了提高教学管理效能的若干方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of adult education and the theories of adult education, open education and management, this paper analyzes the application of classroom teaching and educational technology in adult college teaching. This paper points out the main factors that affect the efficiency of teaching management in adult colleges and universities, including management idea, teaching design, teaching means, team accomplishment and so on. This paper discusses the relationship between the efficiency of teaching management and the efficiency of teaching management, and probes into some methods to improve the efficiency of teaching management.
